| This thesis takes the construction risk management of building curtain wall project as the research object,and finds that the comprehensiveness and accuracy of risk factor identification in the engineering construction risk management of curtain wall professional field in China need to be improved,the construction of risk evaluation index system needs to be further improved,the risk evaluation method is still at the primary stage of learning and learning from other fields,and the response to risk is too subjective.In response to the above problems,this thesis constructs a set of multi-dimensional and three-dimensional curtain wall construction risk evaluation index system that is more in line with the actual project by using scientific methods and establishes a scientific and applicable risk comprehensive evaluation model and carries out the actual project.Application and Validation.The risk evaluation of curtain wall project construction is essentially a comprehensive evaluation.There are three key points in the evaluation process.The first are to establish a risk evaluation index system that is consistent with the actual project.The second is to establish a reliable risk index weight.The third is to scientifically and appropriately comprehensive evaluation method.Aiming at these three key points,the research process is as follows: firstly,after comprehensively sorting out relevant domestic and foreign literature and many completed curtain wall project construction data,55 risk factors affecting curtain wall project construction were preliminarily identified.In practice,the risk indicators were sorted out,merged,and initially classified.Finally,through multiple expert questionnaire surveys,experts reached a consensus and established a curtain wall project construction risk evaluation index system with a total of 4 dimensions and 29 risk indicators.Secondly,the D-ANP model is established by combining the decision laboratory method(DEMATEL)with the network analysis method(ANP)and describes in detail how to use the model method to obtain the causal relationship diagram among risk indicators and the weight of risk indicators.process This model fully retains the transitivity of the influence relationship between factors of DEMATEL and reduces the link to subjective judgment by experts on ANP,making the research data and analysis processes more scientific and reasonable.Thirdly,the D-ANP model is combined with the gray clustering method(GCM)to establish a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of curtain wall project construction risk,and the process of using this comprehensive model to evaluate each risk dimension and the overall construction risk level of the project is elaborated.The comprehensive model has the advantages of small sample and sample interval ambiguity,which fits the limited number of invited experts and the interval characteristics of risk level values ’’in indexes risk level scoring.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation model is applied to the comprehensive evaluation of the construction risk of HW curtain wall engineering,the evaluation results are analyzed and compared with the actual project,the feasibility and effectiveness of the model are verified,and the main risks are proposed.Sexual response measures. |
