Research On Investment Risk Management Of Health And Pension Project

With the aging process of Chinese population and people’s increasing attention to health issues,and after the epidemic,people’s demand for health care projects is gradually increasing,thus achieving rapid development of health care industry.However,there are still some problems in the direction of the industry or product positioning,audience group and development mode.Therefore,not only the government,It also includes the complex and diverse risks faced by social investors and other investment stakeholders in the investment process of health care projects and the early decision-making stage,construction period,operation period,government policy direction,industry market direction and economic direction.How to avoid the possible risks or reduce risk losses in the investment process of health care projects requires us to carry out continuous research.This paper takes health care projects as the research theme,judges the investment risks of health care projects from the perspective of investors,and selects the key health care projects of Shangyu Four Seasons Spring Forest Yinling Health care and Pension Center in Shangshu County,Dashangchong Happiness Industry Demonstration Zone,Ganzhou City,and Shangyu Nanhu International health care Resort Area as the main body of case analysis,providing a new way of thinking and method for subsequent health care project investment.In the face of the possible risks in the process of health care project to provide a certain reference,so as to ensure the healthy and smooth development of health care project.First of all,in addition to the literature analysis method,this paper will also identify the risks of key health care projects in Shanghu County through data statistics,questionnaires and other methods,so as to build the risk evaluation index system of health care projects in Shanghu County.Through the risk identification of health care projects in Shanghu County,6first-level indicators and 25 second-level indicators are obtained.Secondly,the order relation method is used to calculate the weight of each first-level and second-level evaluation index of the investment risk of Shangyu Four-Season Spring Forest Silver Health Care Center and Shangyu Nanhu International Health Care Resort in Shanghu County.After the weight value of each index of the project is obtained,TOPSIS model is substituted to construct the investment risk evaluation model of Shanghu County health care project.Each risk factor at each stage of the project investment is analyzed,and risk grade is divided.Index factors such as primary index and secondary index are divided into risk grades according to the data,and high,medium and low risk are judged.Finally,with the help of SPSS software,the results are calculated and risk levels are divided.It is concluded that there are two first-level index factors of high risk and high risk,which should be focused on preventing and reducing risk losses as much as possible.1medium risk level I index factor,should prevent the further expansion of the risk,put forward measures for prevention and control;Three low-risk and low-risk primary indicator factors,even if the risk impact is low,should take preventive measures to prevent the risk from widening.In addition,under the premise of limited resources and conditions,detailed response plans or measures are made for the high-risk second-level index factors in the first-level index,so as to better ensure the project feasibility and risk emergency management.Through the research on the investment risk management of the key health care projects of Shangyu Spring Forest Silver Age Health Care Center and Shangyu Nanhu International Health Care Resort in Shanghu County,this paper verifies the feasibility of the investment risk assessment model of health care projects based on the combination of the order relation method and TOPSIS model,and provides another reference method for the investment risk avoidance of health care projects.
