Research On The Design Of Entertainment Products For The Elderly In Guangdong Rural Areas From The Perspective Of Service Design

With the deepening of rural aging,mutual support for the aged has become a very reference pattern.At present,the government and society are vigorously promoting mutual support for the elderly.By the end of 2021,China had built 132,500 rural mutual support for the elderly service facilities.Due to the different economy,culture and policies in different regions,rural mutual support for the aged has formed a diversified and individual development trend,and there are some problems such as partial hardware facilities and service faults.Service design has the concept of systematic and full-chain design.This paper introduces it into the exploration of new mutual care services,and produces diversified product systems and facilities to meet the growing differentiated needs of rural care.Based on the above background,this paper builds a method and path model for service design to be involved in Guangdong rural mutual care products.Under the guidance of this model,Xi ’an Village is selected as the research object,and the current situation and demand of rural elderly entertainment services are analyzed and design opportunities are found by using user journey map,user portrait and other methods.Finally,the system of rural mutual aid entertainment products for the aged,which combines interpersonal contacts,physical contacts and digital contacts,is constructed,and the mutual aid entertainment products that meet the diversified needs of rural elderly groups are produced.Through the design and research of Guangdong rural mutual care entertainment products,the practical application effect of service design method and path is tested,and a set of process and method can be followed for the exploration of service design in the field of mutual care products for the elderly.At the same time,by paying attention to the behavioral significance,emotional needs and value creation of the interaction between the elderly and the product,the social government and relevant industries are called on to pay more attention to the rural elderly,so as to promote the prosperity and development of active pension and the realization of the rural revitalization strategy.
