Research On Construction Claim Of JJT Coal Mine Railway Special Line Project

It is a very meaningful work to explore the strategic composition of the construction claims of the local coal mine railway special line project under the current social and economic conditions.It can improve the project completion ability of the contractor,and nurture the ability of the contractor to move towards a larger domestic market and the international construction engineering market.Firstly,the thesis introduces the current situation and problems of construction claims of local coal mine railway special line project,summarizes the characteristics of local coal mine railway special line project,and analyzes the characteristics of construction claims of this kind of project one by one.Then,the thesis identifies the construction claim opportunities of JJT coal mine railway special line project by using the clue location analysis method.Finally,using the evolutionary game theory,based on the incomplete information and the limited rationality of all parties of the project,the multiple game models of odd and even games between the employer and the contractor are constructed.Taking JJT coal mine railway special line project as an example,the bidding mode of both parties to the claim is simulated,and the claim process and result are analyzed.The game result is shown as follows.First,the compensation amount of the claim of the finite game model is lower than that of the claim of the infinite game model.Second,the lower psychological expectation of the contractor for the amount of the claim obtained can enable them to put forward more claims and more claims regulations as much as possible,so as to increase the value of the claim amount of the overall profit.Even if the employer puts forward that they can only provide 50%of the claim cost,the contractor can gladly accept the claim amount.Third,by comparing the claim amount obtained from the game model with the amount actually admitted by the employer,the researchers were surprised to find that the claim amount that the employer is willing and able to pay to the contractor is much higher than the claim amount determined by the contractor according to the game theory bargaining model strategy,and even higher than the amount that the contractor should accept.Fourth,the larger the discount factorθ_P of the employer and the smaller the discount factorθ_s of the contractor,the smaller the claim amount that the contractor should put forward and the claim amount that the contractor accepts.If the contractor wants to maximize its claim benefits,it needs to establish a good communication relationship with the employer,do not expose its expected claim amount prematurely,and must be very patient in planning claims,and the contractor must make scientific and reasonable estimates of the discount factors involved by both parties in advance,so as to ensure that more claim benefits can be obtained in the claim game model.
