Research On Construction Claim Response Strategy Based On Evolutionary Game Model

Due to the long construction period,large scale,strong management skills,many construction nodes,high investment cost,and many unknown risks,etc.,in the process of construction,due to the influence of economic environment and social environment dynamic changes and other factors,the phenomenon of claim often occurs.The construction unit is facing the construction with rich experience and strong sense of claim Units,the level of dealing with claims and claims management is far behind.From the perspective of the construction party,this paper analyzes its strategic choice in response to claims,and combines the evolutionary game theory to summarize the phenomenon of claims and response to claims between the owner and the Contractor as a process of bilateral game.First of all,determine the reasons of the two sides’ strategic choice,create the evolutionary game income matrix;then,determine the payment function of each strategic choice,and calculate the replication dynamic equation of each strategic choice orientation of the owner and the contractor;then,depict the evolutionary phase diagram of the two sides’ strategic choice,observe the trend of the two sides’ strategic choice in different situations,and judge according to the phase diagram Then,according to the strategic choice,the best strategy for the owner to deal with the claim is determined.Finally,the case is demonstrated.In this paper,the model is established respectively in the stage of owner’s self-interest and dispute settlement.In the stage of interest maintenance,namely,the first stage,the amount of claim raised by the construction unit,the additional loss or expenditure of the construction unit when the cause of the construction project claim occurs,the amount of claim made by the construction party,the compensation benefits given by the construction unit to the construction unit by the construction unit in the form of visa,etc The opportunity cost of non claim,adjustment coefficient reached by the construction party and the construction unit through negotiation and other factors;in the second stage,the claim,probability of failure and success,additional expenses,case acceptance fees and appraisal fees are considered when handling with legal methods.This research combines project claim with evolutionary game theory,and analyzes the reasons of recessiveness and dominance comprehensively,which makes up for the limitations of incomplete dynamic information game,Bayesian game,complete dynamic information game and other game theory limitations in the previous paper,and the deficiency of the premise factors too rational,which is helpful for the construction party to provide helpful reference in dealing with contractor claim.
