| The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out:We must accelerate the green transformation of development mode, implement a comprehensive conservation strategy, develop green and low-carbon industries, advocate green consumption, and promote the formation of green and low-carbon production methods and lifestyles.New energy vehicles will also be the first choice for people’s future travel, under the huge market conditions, electric vehicle charging stations to provide charging services for electric vehicles also came into being,in the explosive growth period of electric vehicle charging stations The current operation and management problems are more prominent, the appropriate operation model is also constantly exploring the way forward, most of the charging stations generally have improper site selection, low utilization rate, chaotic mode, poor management services and other problems, which also leads to electric vehicle charging station operators in a state of continuous loss,This has also become a pain point that restricts the long-term development of the entire industry. This paper selects three electric vehicle charging stations in Zhengzhou to investigate their operation and management, and analyzes and studies the operation and management of three electric vehicle charging stations by using the relevant theoretical knowledge of operation management.Firstly, the development status of electric vehicles and electric vehicle charging stations is introduced, the PEST tool is used to analyze the electric vehicle industry, and the research on the relevant theory of operation management is introduced.Secondly, the user satisfaction of electric vehicle charging stations was investigated by questionnaire survey method, and the one-on-one interview method was used to conduct in-depth interviews with electric vehicle charging station staff, and it was found that the three research subjects had problems in operation management, such as lack of lean operation, poor planning and site selection, chaotic on-site management, and lack of service management.Using the fishbone analysis method, the deep-seated causes of the operation and management problems of the three research subjects were found, mainly including low equipment utilization, single profit model,"information island" phenomenon, lack of scientific site selection planning, charging pile safety, irregular vehicle parking, low equipment maintenance efficiency, imperfect supporting facilities, reliable staff, insufficient staff training and other factors. Finally,in view of the above problems, for the purpose of improving the utilization rate of charging piles, four optimization measures are proposed in four aspects: changing the single profit model, strengthening interconnection, strengthening the early site selection planning, standardizing the site order, optimizing the maintenance process, strengthening the construction of supporting service facilities, improving the quality of employees, and standardizing the work system. The conclusion of this study can provide effective support for the operation management optimization of the three research subjects, and also supplement the research on the operation and management of electric vehicle charging stations, which is conducive to the long-term development of electric vehicle charging stations. |
