With the aggravation of the energy crisis and the environment pollution,as a kind of innovative products,new energy vehicles represented by electric vehicle can save production resources,reduce environmental pollution and energy consumption and have become a necessary choice for our country.However,in our country,a set of reasonable theoretical system about charging service network planning and construction has not yet formed.With the popularity of electric vehicles,the planning and construction of charging facilities will also enter the era of large scale development,the study of its planning and layout theory system is a task which brooks no delay.Based on the above factors,this paper studied the location topic of charging facilities driven by the electric vehicle charging requirements.First,based on the applicability of different charging modes and the heterogeneity of the electric vehicle users,the charging characteristics and driving characteristics of the electric vehicle are analyzed using the NHTS survey data.The results show that the variables of charging start time,charging during time and the SOC have a certain distribution rule in time.And the probability density function of the electric vehicle is obtained by MATLAB.Secondly,according to the randomicity of the characteristics of electric vehicle charging and using statistical modeling method,the model of charging power demand of electric vehicle is built.And then the Monte Carlo simulation method is used to solve the model.The results showed that the fast and slow charging demand of electric vehicles reached the maximum at 16 and 20 respectively.Then,the demand forecasting model is used to forecast the demand quantity of electric vehicle charging facilities in the target area,which is based on the demand and geographical distribution.Then,taking geographical factors into account,the comprehensive model of multiple charging facilities in different charging mode was built based on the P-median model.The model takes the minimum comprehensive cost including charging facilities construction operator and the user side as the objective function,and meeting the charging needs,improving the convenience of charging as a constraint.Finally,a numerical example is used to verify the validity of the model and the algorithm.The results of comparison showed that the comprehensive consideration of different charging mode is more economical than the single charging mode.
