With the increasing demand for electric energy in the development of society,the safety requirements of power consumption and transmission are also increased.Circuit safety has become an important issue in the development of energy today.In order to meet the requirements of circuit protection in special situations such as high power DC circuit and electric circuit in strong magnetic field environment,a new type of circuit protection switch with fast response,reliable function and less interference factors is needed.As a kind of explosion switch,the jet switch is a current protection device which uses explosion energy to cut off conductor quickly.Compared with the ordinary switch,the efflux switch is faster and more reliable.Compared with the direct acting explosive switch,the linear shaped energy effect is used to complete the cutting of the conductor,the target is more accurate and the energy utilization rate is higher.The jet switch can be applied to the protection of high current DC transmission circuit or high magnetic environment circuit.The main structure of jet switch is shaped energy cutter.In order to design a jet switch with excellent performance,starting with the performance of shaped energy cutter,theoretical and experimental studies were carried out from the structure selection,charge selection and charge structure design of shaped energy cutter.Through theoretical research and data analysis,the main structure of shaped energy cutter,the material structure of cutting target and the initiation mode are preliminarily determined.The influencing factors of shaped charge jet penetration performance were taken as the main line,and the charge selection and structure design of shaped charge cutter were studied by combining theory with experiment.Through the experimental testing of the basic detonation and jet performance of the sample,it is concluded that the ANPyO based PBX coated with NBR-26 as the binder can improve the characteristics of poor formability of elemental ANPyO,and can give better play to the explosion energy.Although the detonation parameters have decreased,there is little difference in the penetration depth of the blunt sensing rso gold,which has the best experimental performance,is only 8.3% lower.Both of them can complete the cutting of the aluminum conductor with 5mm thickness and the maximum carrying capacity of 600 A,and the cutting time is only 6.06% slower to 13.64μs,which meets the requirements of jet switching reliability and rapidity.At the same time,in terms of safety performance,the ANPyO based PBX with NBR-26 added has lower mechanical sensitivity,higher thermal eruption point and better storage stability,so that it can be more suitable for the use scenario and requirements of jet switch.Finally,it is selected as the main charge of the condenser.After the charge is determined,considering the influence of the charge structure on the jet performance,the Angle,thickness and blast height of the shaped charge cover of the shaped charge cutter are experimentally studied respectively.Finally,it is determined that when the Angle of the shaped charge cover is80°,the thickness is 0.2mm and the blast height is 10 mm,the penetration effect is the best and the optimal performance can be played.In order to cooperate with the shaped energy cutter to complete the work,according to the determined charge and structure,combined with the explosive switch use scene and electrical knowledge,design the explosive switch external structure and reaction circuit,in order to prevent the shaped energy cutter to cause damage to the external circuit components,choose the cuboid steel shell,with a pressure relief port on the top;The inside of the shell is covered with insulating rubber,and the outside of the shaped energy cutter is also covered with a layer of quartz sand,which can not only separate the conductor plate,but also play the role of buffer explosion impact and assist heat dissipation.In order to make the explosive switch react automatically when the circuit fails,the automatic detonation circuit with shunt principle of parallel circuit can act automatically when the circuit current load is too large.Finally,in order to determine the performance parameters of the jet switch,the relevant experiments are designed.The circuit is successfully cut off and the structure of the jet switch device is basically intact.The results show that the jet switch completely cuts off the maximum load of 600 A,the thickness of 5mm aluminum conductor is 14.10μs,and the cutting speed is 1773.06m/s.It can meet the expected design requirements and has great advantages compared with other circuit switches,which proves the rationality and feasibility of the design results.Figure [34] Table [11] Reference [80]...
