Research On Key Construction Technology And Application Management Of Assembled Residence

In the past decades,China’s construction industry has developed vigorously,which has greatly promoted the growth of the national economy.However,under the challenges of the increasing cost of land transfer,the rising labor costs and the increasing demand for energy conservation and environmental protection,the construction industry is facing more and more competitive pressures domestic and overseas.In this trend,a new industry model,prefabricated assembly building,emerges at the historic moment.Assembly building can reduce construction waste and dust pollution,and improve the labor productivity of buildings.To shorten the construction period,improve the quality of the project and promote the healthy and sustainable development of China’s construction industry.National and local governments have promulgated relevant policies to vigorously advocate assembly housing.Since 2015,Nanjing Municipal Government has put forward higher and higher requirements for prefabricated assembly rate in land auctions in the key points of land use planning.It was my great honor to participate in the construction tracking management of assembly components in the complete process of Gezhouba Nanjing China Government Project.This paper mainly studies and analyses the deepening design of PC components,the selection of PC component suppliers,the key process construction technology and quality control of PC components.Deepening design of PC components for Gezhouba Nanjing China Government Residence is studied from three aspects: deepening design of PC components separation,deepening design of lifting tools for PC components,and deepening design measures for construction of PC components on site,which have great influence on construction;PC component suppliers choose to be qualified through first examination and screening,and then carry out comprehensive evaluation model of bidding invitation,bid evaluation,selection technology and business combination.The construction technology and quality control of key process of PC components are analyzed and studied through the construction technology and quality control of three key processes: laminate board,prefabricated staircase and shear wall.Through the study of key construction technology and management of this project,the technical documents of assembling residential management are of practical value,which can be used for reference by the management of the company’s future assembling projects and other colleagues.
