In recent years,as an important part of intelligent transportation system, the Internet of Vehicles has played a significant role in solving traffic congestion problems, improving transportation efficiency and ensuring traffic safety. However, due to the characteristics of high speed mobility, limited resources and open data, vehicles are easy to be invaded and attacked by malicious nodes, thus affecting the security of the Internet of Vehicles system.Although existing research schemes are trying to meet the security, privacy and trust management requirements of the Internet of Vehicles as much as possible, there are still the following deficiencies:(1)To prevent identity camouflage and privacy disclosure, resist tampering, witches and other external attacks, most of the previous studies rely on traditional security technologies, ignoring the security of the master key and the effectiveness of pseudonyms, and the computing overhead in the communication process needs to be reduced.(2)To resist the message spoofing attack of malicious nodes inside the Internet of Vehicles, how to effectively implement trust assessment in the Internet of Vehicles and maintain the consistency and real-time update of trust values among multiple Road Side Units is a problem that cannot be ignored.Aiming at the above problems, this paper carried out the following work:(1)A certificate-less anonymous authentication protocol based on conditional privacy protection is proposed to address the external attack of Internet of Vehicles.Neither the vehicle nor the trusted authority needs to store any certificates for authentication and tracking. At the vehicle registration stage, each vehicle’s private key is bound to its unique tag and the master key of a trusted authorities; In the signature generation phase, the signature and other necessary parameters are randomized by random numbers.During the verification phase, the receiver uses the public key of the trusted authorities to check the validity of the signed message in case a malicious node might launch a mock and modify attack. The experimental results show that the protocol satisfies the security of the master key and the validity of the pseudonym, and at the same time has low calculation and communication cost.(2)A trust management scheme based on logistic regression and block chain is proposed to deal with the internal attack from the Internet of Vehicles.According to the historical behavior of the communication vehicle,in addition to the direct trust value of the target vehicle, the recommended trust value based on the Page Rank algorithm is considered, and the comprehensive trust value of the vehicle at this stage is calculated based on the logistic regression algorithm to identify its reliability. In addition,a hybrid consensus mechanism is proposed to optimize the selection strategy and consensus process of miner nodes, thus improving the rationality of the selection of master nodes and reducing the network bandwidth loss and delay. The experimental results show that the scheme is effective and feasible for the complex Internet of Vehicles environment.
