The electric power industry is an important part of the basic industry in our country.The application of the employee performance management system will not only influence the development of enterprise management functions,but also affect the validity of the regulatory mechanism and organizational framework in the electric power industry reform,and relate to the sustainable development of the electric power industry.In recent years,electric power enterprises continue to carry out the reform,the reform momentum is rapid,many private capital take the opportunity to enter the market,the electric power industry is facing a more complex competitive environment,and the optimization of enterprise employee performance management system has become one of the ways to deal with the complex situation.Employee performance management is the key link of human resource management.A good employee performance management system can optimize the resource allocation of the enterprise,improve the work efficiency and promote the realization of the strategic objectives of the enterprise.Therefore,it is very necessary to analyze,diagnose and optimize the current situation of employee performance management system of XGS smart substation.This paper takes the employee performance management system of XGS smart substation as the research object,reviews the academic research results at home and abroad in the field of performance management,defines the basic process and main methods of performance management,describes the basic situation of employees of XGS smart substation and the current situation of employee performance management,and preliminarily identifies the problems existing in the employee performance management of XGS smart substation.After that,through in-depth interviews and questionnaires,the problems existing in the employee performance management system were identified,which could be summarized into four aspects: the lack of rationality of index preparation,the lack of professionalism of the organization system,the lack of scientific development process,and the lack of extensive application of results.The causes of the problems could be summarized as follows: the index preparation,the organization system,the development process and the application of results.Then put forward optimization measures for the above problems and reasons: index selection and system construction,staff performance management process optimization and optimization of the safeguard measures;In index selection and system construction,the analytic hierarchy process is introduced to calculate the index weight,which makes the optimization measures more professional.Finally,the paper summarizes the conclusions and shortcomings.In order to realize the development strategy of XGS smart substation and help the common development of enterprises and employees,this paper optimizes the existing employee performance management system of XGS smart substation,in order to improve the management performance of enterprises,and at the same time provide useful reference for similar enterprises to optimize their own employee performance management system.
