| In an era when various industries have started to implement digital transformation,the acceleration of business models has put forward more efficient and rapid response requirements for enterprise operation and management.Finance is an inseparable part of business management,and the transformation and development of finance is an important aspect of business management reform.The practice related to management accounting is an important development direction for the transformation of traditional accounting finance to management finance of business finance integration.Management accounting report is the carrier and presentation form of management accounting information,which is the comprehensive embodiment of enterprises using management accounting methods and tools to collect,analyze and utilize different levels of information.In this paper,we focus on the business level of the management accounting report,whose role is to collect and analyze the financial and non-financial information generated from the business processes of the enterprise,and provide the basis for decision making and planning in the next stage.Due to the deepening of enterprise informatization construction,the application and development of ERP system brings a huge amount of business data and financial data.How to reasonably track and utilize business information is the difficulty of applying business level management accounting report to enterprise practice.Business-level management accounting reports need to be summarized in the application practice of enterprises.For this topic,this paper selects a specific case study of Company Z,a branch plant of Group B,a leading global automotive parts manufacturer in China,which has rich experience in integration development in all aspects of production and operation.However,there are still problems in applying business-level management accounting reports that fall short of expectations in terms of reporting framework and low utilization of reporting information.This paper deals with the optimization project of business-level management accounting reports that the author participated in developing during his work,adjusting the content and design of the reports that do not meet expectations,and developing SAP information integration for some of the workflows.Theoretical research of management accounting around the world,this paper analyzes the current situation of Company Z’s reports in terms of business-level management accounting report content and information integration,respectively.Through field research and investigation,with the purpose of business-level management accounting report application to research,the problems in Company Z’s management accounting report application are identified and sorted out,and corresponding optimization solutions are proposed and implemented.In terms of content,the report’s tracking of business is improved through target control optimization and report module indicators;in terms of information integration,automatic flow design and data visualization are used to reduce report operation costs and help the digital transformation of the company to implement in business-level management accounting reports.Through this optimization,this paper concludes that: business-level management accounting reports can improve enterprise management;enterprises applying management accounting reports need to start from the bottom of the business and develop appropriate modules and indicators to collect business information;digital tools help usability and synergy of business-level management accounting reports.The optimization practice of business-level management accounting reports in this paper is a reference for manufacturing enterprises to better apply digital transformation technology to management accounting practice. |
