Study On Resource Intergration Strategy Of Power Enterprise Base On Geographic Information System

With the development of internet and information technologies, more and more corporations have their internet information systems. The information construction would provide powerful support for the efficient management, however, at the same time, it would raise the requirement of information resource integration and share. So the information share oriented information construction is very significant for corporation management and development.At first, this paper describes the background and the research significance of the information resource integration. It takes Zhejiang electric power corporation as the example to anatomize the basement, the existed IT infrastructures, and the present situation of the information operation and management. In the macroscopic and microscopic opinions, the main problems of the information resource integration in the electric corporation are:(1) unperfect management system; (2) strategic planning incoordination between information and construction and corporation development; (3) not unification in resource management; (4) delayed standard specification and lacking of human resource.Second, according to the application characteristics of electric power corporation, it summarizes the characteristics of the resource share and cooperation in production of informatization for electric power corporation. There are three requirements for information resource integration of electric power corporation:(1) the requirement for the resource management and share; (2) the requirement for the safety production management; (3) the requirement for development.Then, this paper centering on the guiding ideology and development target of information resource integration construction and development of electric power corporation, proposes the strategic framework for information resource integration which aims at the service and benefit, strengthens the information share and management, guarantees the information safety and standard system. The strategic framework covers the constructions including management application, guarantee system and resource management center and gives the corresponding methods for management and operation. The information resource integration strategic based on GIS is proposed. It analyzes the planning principles of information resource integration, realizes the strategy and solution of information resource integration, presents the implementation method and the requirement including management, human resource and technical support of information resource integration and describes the general planning and implementation steps of information resource integration. Zhejiang electric power corporation is taken as an example to assess the efficiency of information resource integration from two aspects of tangible value and intangible value. Finally, the information resource integration of electric power corporation is summarized and prospected.
