Research On Social Responsibility Performance Evaluation Of State Grid Corporation Of China Based On Triple Performance Theory

With the economic development and social progress,the requirements for enterprises in the new era are also changing.Enterprises that only pay attention to financial performance no longer meet the social development requirements for enterprises,and social responsibility has become one of the important factors to measure enterprise performance.People began to pay attention to the social effects of corporate behavior,and the discussion and concern about corporate social responsibility from the theoretical circle to the practical circle are also heating up.In this context,many enterprises begin to combine social responsibility with their long-term strategic goals,and actively fulfill their social responsibilities as the advantages of their future development and competition.Power transmission and distribution industry plays a very important role in China’s economic development.While gaining economic benefits,they also need to actively fulfill their corresponding social responsibilities.Taking State Grid Corporation of China as the research object,this paper studies the social responsibility performance evaluation of State Grid Corporation of China by collecting relevant data of the enterprise and using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.First of all,through in-depth understanding of enterprise-related information and the actual situation of enterprises,referring to the social responsibility report issued by State Grid Corporation of China,this paper analyzes its performance of social responsibility from five aspects: revenue and total assets,power grid capacity,clean energy,power supply performance and employee development,and puts forward the problems existing in the performance of social responsibility of State Grid Corporation of China.Secondly,according to the triple performance theory,combined with the characteristics of transmission and distribution enterprises and the scale of enterprises,a total of11 secondary indicators were selected to construct the social responsibility performance evaluation index system of State Grid Corporation of China.Guided by this,the subject,object and evaluation method of the evaluation system are determined.Finally,the fuzzy evaluation vector of indicators is determined by AHP,and the evaluation results of each indicator are determined.The scores of all levels of corporate social responsibility and comprehensive scores are obtained by multiplying the weight of each indicator with the degree of membership,and its social responsibility performance is comprehensively evaluated.Finally,from the two levels of government and enterprise,combined with the evaluation and analysis of the performance implementation results of State Grid,this paper puts forward the methods to improve the social responsibility performance of State Grid Corporation,including improving the legal system,improving economic performance,strengthening social responsibility management and promoting the development of new energy.It is hoped that these suggestions can help improve the performance of corporate social responsibility of State Grid Corporation of China.Through the study of State Grid,this paper provides some references for the power grid industry to evaluate the fulfillment of its social responsibilities,and at the same time urges the State Grid to actively fulfill its social responsibilities,promote the healthy development of enterprises,provide reference for the government to formulate and apply scientific and effective enterprise performance evaluation schemes,provide directions for the State Grid Corporation to improve its performance,reform and adjust,guide enterprises to realize their own sustainable development while fulfilling their social responsibilities,and make due contributions to the sustainable development of society.
