With the gradual popularization of the concept of green society, green consumption has become a trend among consumer groups. In order to promote the construction of green supply chain, the government often uses government subsidies to support the development of green supply chain like the new energy automobile industry. At the same time, enterprises can realize sustainable development by paying attention to social responsibility. Therefore,it is a hot research topic of enterprises’ sustainable development to include government subsidies and corporate social responsibility and other factors in supply chain decision-making.This thesis takes the green supply chain represented by BYD as the research object, constructs a two-level supply chain composed of a manufacturer and a retailer, and brings government subsidies and corporate social responsibility into the study of green supply chain decision-making.The Stackelberg game and Nash game models considering different power structures, different subsidy subjects and different supply chain subjects focusing on social responsibility were solved by using the reverse solution method. The main research contents are as follows:The first part introduces government subsidies and social responsibility into supply chain decision-making,and compares the influence of anarchist subsidies on supply chain participants’ decision-making in manufacturer-dominated,retailer-dominated and manufacturer-retailer Nash equilibrium. It is found that manufacturers can promote manufacturers to produce greener products and retailers to improve their green promotion efforts. In retailer-dominated or Nash equilibrium, only retailers are willing to accept go vernment subsidies, but manufacturers are not necessarily willing. The second part studies the influence of government subsidies to manufacturers, retailers and both on supply chain decisions. The results show that the optimal utility of manufacturer, the optimal profit of retailer and the optimal consumer surplus are the highest when the government simultaneously subsidizes both. The optimal utility of manufacturer, the optimal profit of retailer and the optimal consumer surplus will increase with the increase of government subsidy rate or manufacturer’s attention to social responsibility, but the social welfare will not necessarily increase with it.The third part analyzes the influence of only manufacturer’s concern on social responsibility, only retailer’s concern, and both manufacturer and retailer’s concern on supply chain decision-making.Through the data analysis,it is found that as long as the government subsidy rate is increased or the enterprise pays more attention to the degree of social responsibility, the supply chain members can be promoted to implement green supply chain management, and the optimal consumer surplus will increase, but the social welfare is not necessarily; When both models focus on social responsibility, their decision results are better than those of the other two models. This thesis not only enriches and expands the theory of supply chain operation and sustainable development, but also has certain reference value for enterprises to implement social responsibility behavior and government subsidy decision.
