The dredging industry is also facing increasing challenges in the context of the unprecedented changes in a century.Dredging equipment and dredging construction technology innovation are greatly impacted by dredging intelligence and networking,and China’s dredging equipment urgently needs to be upgraded under the influence of a new round of technological revolution.Innovation in dredging equipment and technology is a crucial tool for helping China’s dredging businesses accomplish strategic transformation and upgrading.At the same time,there are huge challenges in strategic innovation management for China’s dredging enterprises,and how to develop an adaptive innovation strategy to help improve the core competitiveness of China’s dredging enterprises is a key issue that needs to be addressed by China’s dredging enterprises at present.Based on the theory of technological innovation strategy,this thesis first analyzes its external macro environment using the PEST tool,analyzes the dredging industry’s competitive environment using the Michael Porter five forces model,and analyzes the internal strengths and weaknesses as well as the external opportunities and threats of the enterprise by combining the SWOT analysis tool.Based on an analysis of the current state of the T dredging enterprise’s technological innovation system,the issues with its current system are enumerated,and a technological innovation strategy for the company’s development strategy is suggested.The autonomous innovation strategy enables the improvement of its core competitiveness.It’s essential to implement the autonomous innovation strategy through various innovation channels,such as the research and development of construction methods and the development and exploitation of intelligent ships.In particular,it’s important to implement the independent innovation strategy using various innovation techniques,such as open innovation to support the development of intelligent construction techniques and vessels,as well as collaborative innovation to implement the study and development of intelligent winch vessels and green dredging.And it is proposed that the technical innovation strategy’s implementation guarantee.This thesis aims to present a technological innovation plan tailored to the T dredging firm through the examination of its innovation system,which will serve as a reference base for developing its own distinctive core competitiveness and preserving its dominant market position.This thesis can serve as a reference for other businesses operating in the same sector.
