Research On The Path Of Improving The Whole Process Consulting Ability Of Cost Consulting Enterprises

The arrival of the whole process consulting era has put forward the requirements of high-quality development for cost consulting enterprises.However,there are still many problems in the process of consulting in the whole process of transformation.Cost consulting enterprises need to correctly evaluate their own ability level and make clear the gap of consulting in the whole process of transformation.Therefore,it is very necessary to systematically analyze the path to improve the consulting ability of cost consulting enterprises in the whole process.This thesis mainly carried out the following research:Firstly,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of cost consulting enterprises in the whole process of consultation are analyzed.On the basis of analyzing the macro environment of cost consulting enterprises,this thesis analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of cost consulting enterprises in the whole process of consultation,and makes a SWOT analysis of cost consulting enterprises in the whole process of consultation.Secondly,the whole process consulting knowledge value chain model of cost consulting enterprises is constructed.The concept of the whole process consulting knowledge value chain of cost consulting enterprises is defined.Based on the SWOT analysis of cost consulting enterprises in the whole process of consultation,this thesis analyzes the characteristics of knowledge value chain of cost consulting enterprises in the whole process of consultation.According to the components of the whole process consulting knowledge value chain of cost consulting enterprises,this thesis analyzes the operating mechanism of the whole process consulting knowledge value chain of cost consulting enterprises,and then constructs the whole process consulting knowledge value chain model of cost consulting enterprises.Thirdly,the elements of the whole process consulting ability of cost consulting enterprises are extracted.Based on the knowledge value chain model of the whole process of cost consulting enterprises,this thesis analyzes the capabilities that cost consulting enterprises should have in the whole process of consulting.Combined with literature analysis,the specific ability factors of cost consulting enterprises in the whole process are extracted.Fourthly,it puts forward the path to improve the consulting ability of cost consulting enterprises in the whole process.According to the characteristics of enterprise core competence,the core competence elements of cost consulting enterprises in the whole process are screened;Combined with the fuzzy cognitive map(FCM),the influence relationship among the elements is analyzed.According to the influence relationship between various elements,the fit coordinate system is determined,and the overall fit of the whole process consulting ability of cost consulting enterprises is calculated.Then,according to the calculation results of the overall fit of the whole process consulting ability of cost consulting enterprises,the thesis puts forward the ways to improve the whole process consulting ability of cost consulting enterprises from four aspects: basic conditions,interaction ability,result quality and knowledge management ability.Finally,the validity of the research results is verified.The research results of this thesis are applied to the GDJD’s whole process consulting project of TH company,and the iterative reasoning of fuzzy cognitive map is used to calculate the fitness of the whole process consulting ability of TH company after the pilot practice of the whole process consulting,evaluate the improvement of the ability,analyze the effect of the improvement of the ability,and verify the effectiveness of the research results.The path to improve the whole process consulting ability of cost consulting enterprises proposed in this thesis provides a reference for the whole process consulting of cost consulting enterprises,and has certain guiding significance for cost consulting enterprises to clarify their own business level and develop the implementation direction of the whole process consulting with high quality.
