Research On The Formation And Improvement Of Knowledge Management Ability Of Whole Process Engineering Consulting Enterprises

In recent years,with the strong support of national ministries and commissions and local governments,the whole process engineering consulting has become the general trend of the development of the engineering consulting industry.Engineering Consulting is essentially an intelligent service,and the whole process engineering consulting enterprise is a typical knowledge intensive enterprise.However,at present,the overall knowledge management level of consulting service enterprises is low,and most enterprises do not know how to effectively carry out knowledge management.At the same time,as an ability to integrate and coordinate knowledge and create,organize,transfer and apply knowledge resources for enterprises,there are still black boxes about how it is formed.Therefore,this paper studies the formation and improvement of knowledge management capability for the whole process engineering consulting enterprises.Firstly,this paper defines and sorts out the related concepts such as knowledge management capability of the whole process engineering consulting enterprise.Secondly,from the aspects of process management ability and dynamic management ability,this paper summarizes the constituent elements of knowledge management ability of the whole process engineering consulting enterprise;This paper identifies the driving factors of knowledge management capability of the whole process engineering consulting enterprise from both internal and external factors.Then,the formation mechanism of the knowledge management capability of the whole process engineering consulting enterprise is qualitatively analyzed,the formation mechanism of its source-flow-field is revealed,and the conceptual model of the formation mechanism of the knowledge management capability of the whole process engineering consulting enterprise is constructed.At the same time,structural equation model(SEM)is used to empirically analyze the formation mechanism of knowledge management capability of the whole process engineering consulting enterprises.Finally,based on the analysis of the formation mechanism of the knowledge management capability of the whole process engineering consulting enterprise,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the knowledge management capability of the whole process engineering consulting enterprise from six aspects:information technology system,organizational structure,corporate culture,external environment perception,business orientation and knowledge network construction.This paper takes the whole process engineering consulting enterprises as the research object,deeply analyzes the formation mechanism of their knowledge management ability,and puts forward a series of improvement countermeasures,which provides a reference for the whole process engineering consulting enterprises to cultivate and improve their knowledge management ability.
