As a national strategy of China,Chengdu-Chongqing twin cities economic circle has been endowed with an important mission of building a world-class airport cluster.Air transportation is faster and more efficient than other modes of transportation,and the rapid development of aviation industry has played an important role in promoting the economic development of Chengdu and Chongqing.The coordinated and efficient development of Chengdu-Chongqing airport group needs the coordination and cooperation of internal airports,that is,to maximize the overall economic benefits of Chengdu-Chongqing airport group,and the economic benefits of internal airports can be guaranteed at the same time,so as to find a road of sustainable development of Chengdu-Chongqing airport group.Therefore,from the perspective of the coordinated development of Chengdu-Chongqing airport group and based on the analysis methods of homogenization,DEA and system dynamics,this thesis studies the coordinated development of Chengdu-Chongqing airport group,and puts forward policy suggestions to improve the collaborative level of Chengdu-Chongqing airport group according to the simulation results.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,six classic cases of the coordinated development of the airport group at home and abroad are summarized,the development status of the Chengdu-Chongqing airport group is analyzed,and the development law of the airport group in the operation mode and management mode is summarized.Second,the development degree of homogenization of Chengdu-Chongqing airport group is analyzed by improving the similarity coefficient and using the method of comprehensive empowerment evaluation.The selected analysis indexes are the GDP,population scale,economic extroversion,passenger throughput,flight take-off and landing times and cargo throughput of each airport city in Chengdu-Chongqing airport group.By using Matlab software,the comprehensive similarity coefficient value of homogenization development of the two airports in the Chengdu-Chongqing airport group is obtained,which is applied to draw the Chengdu-Chongqing airport group homogeneity development diagram by using the Gephi softwareThirdly,the DEA method is used to evaluate the operation efficiency of Chengdu-Chongqing airport group.The selected input indexes are the number of navigation points,terminal area and the number of parking places of each airport in Chengdu-Chongqing airport group,while the selected output indexes are the passenger throughput,cargo throughput and aircraft take-off and landing sorties.First,the CCR model is used to evaluate the operating efficiency of each airport within the Chengdu-Chongqing airport group;then,the Chengdu-Chongqing airport group is regarded as a whole,and parallel DEA is used to evaluate the operation efficiency of each airport and the Chengdu-Chongqing airports in the system;finally,the difference of the operation efficiency value calculated each time is analyzed,and the relationship between the overall operation efficiency of Chengdu-Chongqing airport group and the operation efficiency of the internal airport subsystem is discussed.Finally,the system dynamics is used to build Economic system model of Chengdu-Chongqing aviation hub.First,the simulation results and the related data of Chengdu-Chongqing airport group are tested for historical validity.Then through the model simulation analysis and optimizes the economic system model of Chengdu-Chongqing aviation hub,the simulation results and the benchmark situation are relatively analyzed,and then get the policy suggestions to improve the synergistic effect of Chengdu-Chongqing airport group.Finally,the economic level of Chengdu-Chongqing aviation hub economic system is improved.
