Research On Cooperative Development Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Airport Group Based On Composite System Synergy Model

In order to better serve customers and airlines,multiple airports in the same city,in the same province,and in the same region are united for unified management,which leads to many problems.Due to the long distance between the airports in different regions,the overall coordination is poor;the airport resources allocated by the same airport group and the positioning of each airport are sharply contradictory;the competition in the same regional airport is fierce,and the implementation of differentiated development policies is not in place,resulting in the airport infrastructure cannot be fully utilized and resources are wasted.In this context,this paper studies the coordinated development of the main airports in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Airport Group according to the questions raised,analyzed and solved.On the one hand,first define the connotation of "airport group" and "cooperative development",and then summarize the main modes of airport group development in China,and then analyze the development of airport group traffic in China,which mainly introduces the Beijing-TianjinHebei airport group.The development status quo,followed by the use of the ultra-efficient DEA-Malmquist model to evaluate the operational efficiency of China's seven major airport groups;on the other hand,first use the relevant literature and books to analyze the factors affecting the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei airport group.Then the composite system synergy model is used to conduct empirical research on the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei airport group,and the empirical results are analyzed.Through research,we can draw conclusions: On the one hand,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Airport Group and the coordinated development of airports in various provinces and cities are in a low-level synergy stage.With the gradual implementation and in-depth development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development,national support and the promulgation and implementation of relevant policies,During the period 2015-2017,the synergy degree of the entire system of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Airport Group showed an increasing trend,while the degree of cooperation between the provinces and municipalities decreased.On the other hand,from the perspective of subsystem order,the external macro environment and the airport subsystem have The order is in a growing trend,and the orderliness of airlines and empty pipe systems remain basically stable.Through the above research and combined with the empirical results,from the external macro environment,airport,airlines and air traffic management,the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the coordinated development of the BeijingTianjin-Hebei Airport Group are proposed.
