Research On The Ground Operation Efficiency Of Ningxia Hedong International Airport Co.,LTD

In the national transport comprehensive transport system,the role of the airport is very obvious.With the rapid development of the national economy,the number of flights at airports has also continued to grow at a high rate,which bring great pressures to the operation and management of air transportation system,flight delays and airport congestion have become increasingly serious.This has brought about multiple negative effects on the economy and the environment.Raising the efficiency of airport operations is one of the effective means to solve the above problems.In this paper,taking Hedong International Airport as the research object,the capacity of Yinchuan Hedong International Airport was firstly analyzed based on the multi-agent model’s assessment method for the operating capacity of the terminal building.At the same time,airspace operation simulation assessment method based on computer simulation and the controller-based control were applied.The assessment method of radar simulator for work load was used to analyze the air support capacity of Hedong Airport in Yinchuan.Based on this,the operational efficiency of the airport was evaluated by using the normal flight rate and the guaranteed number of arrivals and departures of airports in unit time.It is proposed that there is a problem that the airport ground operation efficiency does not match the air security capacity and the ground support capacity.In addition,the measures and suggestions for improving the efficiency of airport ground operations are proposed.On the one hand,the method of separation of arrivals and departures is used to increase the air security capacity;on the other hand,Hedong Airport is upgraded by optimizing the ground taxi route of the aircraft and the support process of the terminal building.The ground guarantees the capacity,so that the air and ground support capacity match at a higher level.Based on this,with the guidance of CDM decision-making theory,he proposed suggestions for information sharing and collaborative decision making between Hedong Airport,Ningxia Air Traffic Management Bureau,and airlines.Provide decision-making and scientific methods to improve the efficiency of ground operations at Hedong International Airport in Yinchuan.
