Chengdu-Chongqing Airport Group Operation Efficiency Research

The airport plays a key role in the modern aviation transportation system.It has the advantages of long-distance and fast access to,and with the development of the regional economy,it plays an important role in the city and surrounding areas.In 2018,the Civil Aviation Administration issued the "Outline of the Construction Action Action of the New Era of the New Era",pointing out that the goal of future infrastructure construction is to ensure that the number of transportation airports will reach about 450 by 2035,and the ground is 100 kilometers covered with all county-level administrative units to build Chengdu-Chongqing into Chengdu-Chongqing.Four world-class airport groups including the airport group.At present,the construction of airport groups in my country is not yet mature,and it is facing problems such as insufficient use of infrastructure resources,homogeneous competition,and overlap in the market.Therefore,research on the efficiency of airport group operation is of great significance.This thesis uses the data packaging analysis method to study the efficiency of the group operation of Chengdu-Chongqing Airport.The main content is as follows.First of all,the definition of the airport group is described and discussed the formation conditions of the airport group.Given that the Chengdu-Chongqing Airport Group is a newly proposed airport group in China,the process of forming the evolution of the airport group reasonably for the airport group;The definition and decomposition of efficiency and productivity is analyzed and described;and the most commonly used data packaging analysis method and full factor productivity index in efficiency evaluation through research status status.Then,according to the characteristics of the airport group operation efficiency evaluation,select the input-output indicators and environmental variable indicators to build an efficiency evaluation index system;then in the model construction,this thesis selects the three-stage DEA model and the Malmquist index model according to the research purpose and research needs.The third-stage DEA model measures the efficiency of the airport group.After the second stage,the output is adjusted to reflect the true efficiency level of the airport group.The Malmquist index model measures the dynamic efficiency of the airport group.In the process of using models to carry out empirical research,it was found that the operation efficiency of the Chengdu-Chongqing Airport Group fluctuated in some years.Although the overall rise in the upward trend,it was greatly affected by the economy and society.Decreased trend,but the fluctuation range decreases.Finally,the improvement measures were proposed based on the results of the research,which provided a reference for the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Airport Group to become a world-class airport group.
