With the rapid development of network information technology,the information age has quietly arrived,and digital scientific and technological means have been introduced in industries,agriculture and other fields.As a traditional industry in China,the construction industry has also developed rapidly in modern times and gradually become the mainstay in the process of national economic construction.At present,although the construction industry is developing steadily,it still faces many problems and challenges,and the progress management of construction projects has certainly become the key link of current construction project management.In order to promote the further development of the construction industry and derive a series of building information technologies,China’s Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has vigorously promoted BIM technology,aiming at fine project management,promoting technological innovation of project management,scientifically controlling the progress in the construction of engineering projects,scientifically allocating tasks according to the progress,grasping the actual implementation of daily progress in time,and correcting the actual deviation in time.Under the background of China’s "new infrastructure",the demand for informatization in the engineering industry is increasing day by day.The collection of informatization data,the construction of informatization visibility model,visualization construction and professional coordination and control all need the strong support of information technology.The integration of BIM technology and project schedule management mode can solve the problems and conflicts in traditional project schedule management to a great extent,and provide informatization for future projects.Since the new century,China’s "new medical reform" has made phased progress,basically establishing the basic medical and health system framework with Chinese characteristics.In the process of "new medical reform",the fragmented medical and health service system in the past should be transformed into an integrated,diversified and scientific health service system.At present,the state’s investment in medical construction projects is gradually increasing,and the scale and quantity of newly-built and renovated medical facilities projects are gradually increasing.With the economic development,the emergence of big cities and megacities in China and the long-term demand for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 epidemic have fundamentally accelerated the exploration and research of new technologies and new models in local medical construction projects.The emergence of large-scale medical building facilities has greatly eased the medical pressure.The introduction of a large number of advanced medical equipment at home and abroad,combined with intelligent and digital Unicom equipment,has enhanced the medical level and the carrying capacity of doctors and patients in China.As the most important public infrastructure at this stage,large-scale medical buildings can provide medical services with large enough space scale and complete medical technology and equipment.Compared with traditional medical places,large-scale medical facilities are more reasonable in planning and layout,and more convenient in traffic route selection and location,which provides great convenience for the city and guarantees the life safety of citizens.Therefore,it is urgent to study the management mode of large-scale medical construction projects.This thesis mainly focuses on the analysis of the influencing factors of the progress management of large-scale medical construction facilities projects based on BIM technology,constructs the BIM maturity evaluation index model,and judges the application maturity of BIM technology in the progress management of specific large-scale medical project cases according to the maturity level evaluation standard,which promotes BIM technology to have a far-reaching research significance in large-scale medical construction projects.Firstly,through the literature research,according to the existing BIM maturity evaluation models at home and abroad,an evaluation model which is in line with the characteristics of project schedule management is constructed,the application stage of BIM technology in schedule management is analyzed,and the maturity evaluation standard is defined.Secondly,the subjective weights of related model indicators are determined by AHP,and the rating table of BIM application in the schedule management of large-scale medical facilities projects is established.Finally,the application maturity and maturity level of BIM technology in the project schedule management are evaluated,studied and analyzed through a large medical project case.This thesis analyzes the application advantages of BIM technology in the progress management of Daling medical facilities project,and how to reasonably arrange the allocation of factor indicators and how to strengthen the management of factor indicators,etc.,and puts forward corresponding reasonable suggestions for promoting the depth and breadth of BIM technology application in the progress management of large-scale medical facilities construction projects,which has certain practical significance.
