In the wave of rapid economic and social development,the construction industry has also taken advantage of the momentum to develop rapidly.The output value of the construction industry is rising steadily,and it has gradually developed into a pillar industry of the national economy,making great contributions to economic and social development.Among them,small and medium-sized construction enterprises have played an important role in promoting urban-rural integration,speeding up urban construction,and made important contributions to national economic construction.However,in the process of its rapid development,construction enterprises have also produced a series of problems hindering its further development,such as: insufficient technological innovation capacity,extensive enterprise management,backward human resource management,low construction level,inadequate corporate culture construction,which is also a concrete manifestation of the weak core competitiveness of construction enterprises.Therefore,in order to enable the construction enterprises to develop continuously and healthily,we must face up to the current situation of the lack of core competitiveness of the construction enterprises themselves,and then carry out an all-round analysis and evaluation,targeted research and implementation of specific measures to enhance the core competitiveness,and constantly enhance the competitive strength of the construction enterprises,so that the construction enterprises can survive in the fierce competitive environment and create new achievements.Firstly,this paper combs and introduces the relevant theoretical literature at home and abroad,thus strengthening the understanding and familiarity of the concept and theory of core competitiveness of construction enterprises;Secondly,the competitive environment,value chain and competitive factors of HHJG Construction Company are carefully analyzed,and the status quo of core competitiveness of HHJG Construction Company is obtained,which lays a foundation for subsequent research;Thirdly,in order to scientifically evaluate the core competitiveness of HHJG Construction Company,the index evaluation system is established and determined according to the construction principles and selection methods of the evaluation index system.At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of various evaluation methods are compared.The analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used as the evaluation methods to evaluate the core competitiveness of HHJG Construction Company,and it is concluded that Problems and deficiencies in core competitiveness such as management system construction and cultural brand construction;Finally,according to the above analysis and evaluation,the paper puts forward the core competitiveness promotion strategy of HHJG Construction Company in terms of strengthening human resource development and management,practically improving the level of technological innovation,building a first-class management system,and establishing a dual front of corporate culture and brand,which provides reference for improving the core competitiveness of HHJG Construction Company.In addition,as a typical small and medium-sized construction enterprise,HHJG Construction Company,while studying the improvement of its core competitiveness,hopes to have some reference value for other similar construction enterprises in analyzing and improving their core competitiveness,so as to realize the sustainable and healthy development of the construction industry.
