Research On The Identification And System Optimization Of Charming Characteristic Land Space In Jilin City

In today’s rapidly developing society,prominent problems such as environmental pollution,rural decline,uniformity in urban construction,and a weakening of regional characteristics have arisen.Looking to the future,highlighting the regional characteristics of national territory and displaying its charm and appeal has become an important task for solving development problems.In recent years,with the construction of the "fivelevel and three-category" planning system for national territory,landscape protection at the scale of national territory and the manifestation of regional characteristics have also received increasing attention.Establishing a landscape protection and utilization system at the broad scale of national territory,retaining the unique regional environment,cultural characteristics,and architectural style genes within the national territory,assisting in coordinating land use control,and improving the natural resources monitoring system have become the focus of attention.Therefore,identifying and evaluating the attractive characteristic elements within the national territory,investigating the characteristic elements at a broad scale,and assisting in the realization of regional characteristics and the protection and utilization of them in the national territory is necessary.In the context of ecological civilization construction theory and the construction of a beautiful China,exploring the construction of a beautiful national territory,improving the quality of the national spatial environment,and strengthening the protection and utilization of characteristic landscape resources are of great significance.This article takes Jilin City in Jilin Province as the research area,and explores the construction of an identification and analysis framework,evaluation method,and thinking process for building a charming and characteristic national territory space,and clarifies the internal logic from "identification and evaluation" to "system optimization," forming a technical chain.Based on four types of spatial functional orientation,the distribution of charming and characteristic national territory space is obtained through identification and evaluation.The analytic hierarchy process and the Delphi weighting method are used to weight and sum up the resources of the charming and characteristic national territory space,and the charm value evaluation of characteristic national territory space resources is obtained.Arc GIS software is used to divide the space into hierarchical grades based on the results of charm value scores with 100 m x 100 m grids as evaluation units,and the classification and delimitation of charming and characteristic national territory space is obtained.Finally,based on the spatial identification and value evaluation,a system optimization strategy is conducted for charming and characteristic national territory space,and the ultimate result of the "point-line-surface" system optimization of charming and characteristic national territory space in Jilin City is obtained.Main Conclusions: The historical and cultural charm space,natural ecological charm space,agricultural and rural charm space,industrial and residential charm space,and overall charm space of Jilin City account for 4.23%,17.06%,47.76%,27.38%,and 70.2%of the entire space,corresponding to areas of 1,147.42 km2,4,623.96 km2,12,952.52 km2,7,425.45 km2,and 19,038.24 km2.The historical and cultural charm space is mainly distributed in Longtan District,Changyi District,and Chuanying District,while the natural ecological charm space is mainly distributed in Huadian City,Fengman District,and Jiaohe City.The agricultural and rural charm space is mainly distributed in Huadian City and Jiaohe City,and the industrial and residential charm space is mainly distributed in Panshi City,Chuanying District,Huadian City,and Yongji County.At the level of system optimization,the historical and cultural charm space has formed a corridor,two cores,and four districts,the natural ecological charm space has formed a corridor,a belt,and two districts,the agricultural rural charm space has formed two belts and five districts,and the industrial residential charm space has formed a core,a belt,two clusters,and six districts.In Jilin City,the spatial optimization layout of "point-line-surface" has been formed for the overall charm special national territorial space,and corresponding optimization strategies have been proposed for different types of spaces,in order to provide practical reference for the system optimization of charm special national territorial space.China’s understanding of the charm and characteristic of its national territory has gradually become richer and deeper from ancient times to the present.The significance and purpose of identifying and evaluating the factors of charm and character have gone beyond cause-and-effect relationships,but also serve to examine the resource endowment and socio-economic development status of the nation’s territory,and thus assist in the protection and utilization of its resources.Therefore,it is necessary to deepen the practice of identifying and evaluating the factors of charm and character.Furthermore,we need to consider achieving a "dynamic balance" that can realize the function of multi-dimensional spatial resource protection and utilization.
