With the rapid development of civil aviation industry at home and abroad,the competition among industries is becoming increasingly fierce.The operating cost of the civil aviation system consists of a variety of factors,among which the aircraft maintenance cost accounts for a huge proportion of the total cost of aircraft companies.As we all know,the engine is the heart of the aircraft,so occupy the biggest part of the aircraft maintenance cost is undoubtedly also the cost of engine maintenance.Aero-engine is a very large and complex system,which not only has dense technical parameters,but also has a very complex internal structure.Whether it is the disassembly and maintenance of the engine,it is very difficult to carry out,and it will produce expensive disassembly and maintenance costs.Therefore,the key research content of this paper is to use scientific and effective methods to make practical research and control of the engine maintenance cost.Based on the cost control theory,with the maintenance cost of LAEP model aircraft engine,through the status of MU company engine maintenance,introduce deviation analysis,ABC analysis,cost report analysis method,analysis and study the content of MU airline LEAP engine maintenance cost control.Based on various factors affecting the maintenance cost of LEAP aircraft engine,the maintenance cost composition of LEAP engine,as well as the current analysis of the management system,maintenance ability,aviation cost and performance hours of LEAP engine maintenance cost factors and the cause analysis of existing problems.Using the principle of maximizing the benefit of enterprise cost control,MU LEAP engine maintenance cost control from the aspects of management system,maintenance abilityaviation material cost and performance hours are effectively studied.Combined with the cost control theory,we put forward solutions,establish and improve the cost management system,so as to reduce the engine maintenance cost,and make some contributions to the aircraft maintenance cost control in China.Through the analysis of the problems and causes of MU Airlines in vario maintenance stages,the company provides certain cost control ideas and coping strategies,helping to improve the economic benefits of the enterprise and maximize the economic benefits of the enterprise.At the same time,it has certain same-scale aviation enterprises reference value.
