Study On The Influencing Factors Of Technological Innovation Diffusion Of Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises In Our Country

The equipment manufacturing industry is the core of our country’s manufacturing industry and a major pillar of the national economy.As the economic development enters a new normal,the equipment manufacturing enterprises are also facing the pressure of strategic transformation and upgrading.At this stage,the equipment manufacturing enterprises still have problems such as relatively backward technological innovation and poor diffusion of technological innovation,which have become a key bottleneck restricting the high-quality development of the industry.This paper uses questionnaires and structural equation models to conduct an in-depth study of the factors affecting the diffusion of technological innovation in our country’s equipment manufacturing industry,analyze and verify the path and coefficients of the effects of these influencing factors on the diffusion effect,select key factors,and give the government agencies and equipment manufacturing enterprises provide valuable references when taking measures to promote the high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry.First of all,it combs and summarizes the relevant literature results on the theory of technological innovation diffusion,its influencing factors,and equipment manufacturing technology innovation at home and abroad,and on the basis of related theories,defines the connotation and diffusion form of technological innovation diffusion of equipment manufacturing enterprises.Then,according to the data released by the China Statistical Yearbook,this paper analyzes the current status of technological innovation diffusion and existing problems in equipment manufacturing enterprises,and draws on the theory of communication,puts forward the five elements of the equipment manufacturing enterprise’s technological innovation diffusion system,summarizes and refines nine factors influencing the diffusion of technological innovation in manufacturing enterprises,put forward the hypothesis of the relationship between influencing factors,and construct a conceptual model.Thirdly,select representative equipment manufacturing companies to conduct questionnaire surveys,collect data,use structural equation models to verify the research hypotheses,and analyze the path of these influencing factors on the diffusion effect and the effect coefficients,then select the key factors that affect the technological innovation diffusion of equipment manufacturing enterprises.Finally,based on the results of the empirical research,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the diffusion of technological innovation in equipment manufacturing industry from the perspective of government departments and enterprises.The research in this article has certain reference value for promoting the high-quality development of equipment manufacturing industry and strengthening economic construction.
