| DQ45 Schnabel Wagon is a long and big wagon developed for the overall transportation of 1000 MW generator stator.The wagon is used on the standard gauge railway,with a load capacity of 450 t and a dead weight of 208 t.It is the largest Schnabel type wagon in China railway.During the operation of the DQ45 Schnabel Wagon,the pressure of the cylindrical pressure cylinder and the side bearing cylinder will change accordingly.For key parts such as the cylindrical pressure cylinder,side bearings oil cylinder,oil circuit,etc.,too high pressure or excessive pressure difference will affect its working performance,and even cause damage to parts,then cause accidents.Due to the complex structure and heavy load of the DQ45 Schnabel Wagon,it is necessary to monitor its operation status at all times.Based on STM32 embedded system,and combined with 4G mobile communication technology and Wi-Fi communication technology,this thesis designed to detect a remote monitoring system for the operation status of DQ45 Schnabel Wagon to realize the detection of cylinder pressure,cargo attitude,running speed,guide switch status,vehicle positioning and other information,and can monitor the data in real time through mobile phone app and computer client.The system is easy to install,low cost,safe and stable.The monitoring system uses STM32F767IGT6 as the main control chip,using the TRAFAG pressure sensor to obtain cylinder pressure,MPU9250 attitude sensor to detect cargo status,Bei Dou module to obtain position and running speed,main control unit to obtain relevant data for processing,using seven-inch LTDC-LCD display to display data.Based on the ESP-01 S module,a local area network(LAN)is built to transmit data in the vehicle,and based on the ATK-M750 4G module,a wide area network(WAN)is built to transmit data to Ali cloud,using the MQTT protocol to realize data transmission,and a cell phone app can be used to view relevant data in real time on the ground.Flash technology is used to realize local storage and playback of data.The monitoring system designed in this thesis can monitor the pressure of the cylindrical pressure cylinder,side bearings oil cylinder and oil circuit with the maximum working pressure of 350 bar,and based on the analysis of the experimental results,the data obtained by the monitoring system meets the accuracy requirements and has good stability,which can be used for the safety monitoring of the operation status of DQ45 Schnabel Wagon. |
