The technology of automatic transmission has been mainly used in the files of automobile industry and military automobile. The technology has been improving gradually. Comparatively speaking, the automatic transmission technology applying for engineering vehicles has many inadequates. Especially, in the field of internal engineering vehicles, few factories can produce the automatic transmissions realizing with the knowledge of themselves. Most of the factories are researching and developing independently. So it is of great significance for researching engineering vehicles automatic transmission technology.This article puts forward and designs the fuzzy control shift schedule with four parameters of engineering vehicles,by researching the domestic and overseas engineering vehicles transmission technology and development trend. This article has finished the following work:1. Firstly, by researching the domestic and overseas related literatures, fully understanding the types of automatic transmission,and then this article chooses hydraulic automatic transmission as the research object, by researching the advantages and disadvantages of various types of automatic transmission.2. To ZL50loader as an example, this article studies the power transmission system of engineering vehicles, and comprehensively studies the hydraulic torque converter performance parameters, the planetary gear transmission and regulating performance of engine. Finally, this article puts forward two measures in order to improve the hydraulic torque converter transmission efficiency and analyses the contact stress of gear engagement by using Pro/E and Abaqus.3. This article fully studise the shift schedule with two parameters,dynamic three parameters and four parameters of engineering vehicles, and then puts forward and designs the fuzzy control shift schedule with four parameters of engineering vehicles on the basis of fuzzy control shift schedule with three parameters of engineering vehicles. Finally, this article designs shift fuzzy controller with pump wheels speed and turbine speed as the input,and throttle angle and the work of oil pump pressure as the principles of fuzzy controller.4. This article designs automatic variable speed control system based on AT89S52single-chip microcomputer,and the system is divided into five modules by ueing modularization theory. Finally, this article designs hardware anti-interference circuit for automatic variable speed control system,by using photoelectric isolation, plastic filter and voltage-stabilizing circuit.5. This article designs software system of automatic variable speed control system by using programming software and C51programming language. Finally, this article designs software anti-interference subprogram for automatic variable speed control system, by combining with hardware anti-interference circuit.This article detailedly expounds the application of fuzzy control theory in the shift schedule with four parameters of engineering vehicles. By using the knowledge of drivers and other experts as fuzzy control rules, the shit schedule with four parameters of engineering vehicle becomes more humanized, and reduces the differences of technology between drivers.
