There are a lot of working tasks with engineering vehicle and it's operation is very complex. With engineering vehicle automatic transmission technology, it can improve performance of transmission and lighten work intension of driver. Others, the system of transmission can work in high efficiency and reduce consuming of power.This paper is based on the analysis of engineering vehicle transmission, to the problem of low efficiency of torque converter drive of ZL50 wheelloader, applied fuzzy control technology to automatically shift. It is proposed the core of the Automatic Transmission Control System for DSP TMS320LF2407A,and the structure of the system components is determined .The modular designing method is used in the control system. It is divided into micro-control module, power modules, communication modules, output module to complete hardware design of the system. In the condition of CCS (Code Composer Studio), the software design is completed by means of signal processing modules, automatic transmission control module, communications and fault detection module.Finally, the simulation test is completed in the condition of MATLAB / Simulink and circuit board control of the automatic transmission system. The results of simulation show that the fuzzy shift controller can control gearbox to shift according to parameters, and fuzzy control of engineering vehicle automatic shift is effective and feasible.Rusults of the the text can improve the vehicle control theory, to enhance vehicle level of automation have some theoretical and referance value.
