| With the increasing proportion of industrialization in China’s GNP in the past half century,the greenhouse effect caused by environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious.To alleviate the problem,China has issued a vision to be carbon neutral by 2060.From the field of transportation,it is one of the key industries in China.According to the research,multimodal transportation can not only reduce the transportation cost and resource consumption,but reduce the carbon emissions generated by enterpries’ economic activities,and improve the quality of transportation operations.With the development trend of low-carbon transportation,policies for carbon emissions of various industries are coming into being.Therefore,the enterprise’s original transportation plan is bound to be affected.In order to solve this problem,based on the background of low-carbon transportation economy and related carbon emission policies,a comprehensive consideration of carbon emission and transportation cost is established.The research content of this paper includes the following parts:Firstly,the concept,advantages and disadvantages of container multimodal transportation are introduced.And the concept and realization approach of carbon neutrality are expounded in detail.In addition,the following algorithms are explicated.Secondly,for the transportation scheme of the transportation enterprise,establish a dual-objective programming model with the minimum cost and carbon emission in the transportation process as the objective function,and determine the parameters of the model.At the same time,on the basis of the established model,four different policies related to carbon emissions are introduced,including carbon trading,carbon tax,carbon compensation and carbon quota.By combining the model with various policies and taking it as the objective function or condition to re-model,four new models are finally formed.After comparative analysis of the models,it is found that in some cases,the four models can be equivalent in form.Therefore,different models are integrated into one model for analysis.Finally,the effectiveness of the model is verified by combining the actual transportation case to transport goods from D station to S station logistics center.Considering various factors in the process of transportation,the analytic hierarchy process is used to select the optimal scheme from the excellent scheme set.The established cost model of carbon neutrality is in line with future trends Because of its universality,the model can be used as a reference for future decision-making of transportation enterprises. |
