| With the accelerated consumption of economic development,fossil energy is gradually exhausted,and the pressure of environmental pollution cannot be ignored.As a green and clean energy with no pollution,high energy density and long cycle life,lithium-ion batteries will have great market demand in the future.In 2013,Company J initially established the prototype of its internationalization strategy.Among the three kinds of internationalization strategies,it chose the national center strategy;Among the four modes of internationalization strategy,choose the mode of export of own products.From 2013 to2021,the export volume grew well and the scale of the international market grew gradually,which was enough to confirm the feasibility of the previous internationalization strategy.However,with the increasingly complex international business environment,the export trade volume in 2022 fell for the first time in nine years,with a decline of 26.16%.The original internationalization strategy of J Company is obviously no longer suitable for the current situation.This section will focus on the problems existing in the internationalization strategy of J Company and propose specific optimization plans based on the current situation.This paper focuses on the internationalization strategy research of J Battery Company.The first part summarizes and comments on the current situation of the internationalization research of domestic and foreign enterprises,combs the relevant concepts and theoretical basis,and determines the research ideas.The main research methods are literature research,mathematical statistical analysis and case study.The second part lists the theories of enterprise strategic management and international strategy.The third part analyzes the macro environment and industry environment faced by J Battery Company.The analysis tools used are PEST model,SWOT analysis matrix and five-force model.We understand the opportunities and threats that J Battery Company will face when carrying out its internationalization strategy,as well as its own advantages and disadvantages.Through the questionnaire data statistics,combined with the internal factor evaluation matrix and the external factor evaluation matrix,the conclusion that J Company’s international operation advantages outweigh disadvantages and opportunities outweigh crises is drawn.The fourth part,based on the SWOT business strategy combination,develops the optimization plan:First,upgrade the type and mode of internationalization strategy.J company’s choice of the national center strategy and only the export mode to enter the international market is no longer applicable.J company should upgrade it to the multinational center strategy,and the mode should be upgraded to invest in the establishment of factories to achieve localized production.American subsidiaries can be established as overseas R&D bases to learn advanced technology and excellent management experience from universities and research institutions.The existing Finnish subsidiaries are responsible for marketing and after-sales services.Establish subsidiaries in Thailand,Vietnam and other countries with low labor costs to take charge of production and sales,or select developing countries such as Africa to establish production and sales subsidiaries to obtain rich mineral resources;The second is to increase the international market share,follow the route of "first Europe and America,then Asia and Africa",establish a reputation in the European and American markets,enter the Asian and African markets,and expand the international market through various marketing methods;Third,take multiple measures to reduce costs and establish overall cost advantages;Fourth,attach importance to research and development,adhere to the customized route of PACK battery pack,and gain comparative advantages;The fifth is to establish an integrated information system of production,sales and logistics.The fifth part puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of international strategy,such as international ideological guarantee,international talent guarantee,financial guarantee,research and development guarantee.It is hoped that the above research can provide reference for J Battery Company and even small and medium-sized lithium-ion battery manufacturers in the same industry to optimize their current international strategy and promote their stable and rapid development in the future overseas market. |
