| With the steady development of Chinese economy and the reform and opening of civil aviation system and control policy,civil aviation transportation industry has accelerated development fast,and the whole shipping market contains great development space.With the comprehensive progress of the society and the continuous improvement of the people’s living standard,the great development potential of the general aviation market has been stimulated.In addition,the national and local governments have issued a lot of preferential and supportive policies,the Chinese general aviation industry ushered in an unprecedented historical development opportunity.As general aviation is an emerging industry that has not been fully opened up since the founding of new China,it is still in the initial stage of development.The middle reaches of the general aviation industry chain are mainly composed of many small and medium-sized enterprise operators,which have problems such as small scale,inadequate infrastructure,weak operation capacity and slow development.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the development strategy of Chinese general aviation operating enterprises.This paper chooses CH General Aviation Company as the research object,which is a general aviation operation service enterprise.Through questionnaires and field visits,we have an in-depth understanding of the development status of domestic general aviation,and sort out the main problems troubling the development of general aviation operation enterprises.Through field interviews with the research objects,internal data and information collection,it is found that the current development strategy of CH General Aviation Company has problems such as poor market adaptability,lack of core competitiveness,and lack of resources and technologies for transformation and development.There is a big gap between CH General Aviation Company and the economic and social development in the new era and the demand for the growth of emerging aviation consumption.If the extensive development mode is not adjusted in time,it will cause the enterprise operation difficulties and risk increase and then lead to the serious low market vitality of enterprises.Through extensive reading and absorption of scholars’ research on the development strategy of general aviation industry at home and abroad,based on the theory of enterprise strategic management and using strategic analysis tools such as PEST and Porter’s Five Forces model,this paper analyzes the external macro environment,industry environment and internal environment of specific problems that need to be solved urgently by the company.This article believes that from the perspective of our current social economic development situation,it is in the fast development stage of the new era,which directly promotes the fast development of the general aviation service industry,and will become the new growth point of sustainable economic development of our country;Under the strong support of various favorable policies of the state,with the continuous expansion of the application field and the gradual development and maturity of the consumer market and other favorable conditions,CH General Aviation Company will embrace the best development opportunities.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: Through the analysis of the internal and external environment of the company,it is concluded that the differentiated growth strategy of CH General Aviation Company is more in line with the needs of the company’s long-term development strategy.In view of the current business situation and problems faced by the enterprise,formulate the strategic objectives of differentiated development of service quality,business efficiency,service products and so on.Through the implementation of the strategic task of differentiated growth,formulate the differentiation strategy of business model,business positioning,service means,marketing promotion and cost control.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the differentiated growth strategy of the company,it is necessary to optimize the organizational structure,actively expand the external market,strengthen the technological innovation,strengthen the construction of talent team,strengthen the construction of corporate culture and improve the internal management of the company,so as to achieve the long-term development strategic objectives of the company. |
