In recent years,with the rapid growth of China's economy,the country's economic strength has been constantly enhanced,and the people's living standards have been continuously improved,and they have further pursued a better life.The landscaping industry,which is closely related to the people,is facing a rare opportunity for development.At the same time,as the landscaping companies pouring into,the competition in the landscaping industry is becoming more and more fierce.The medium-sized and small-sized landscaping companies have gradually exposed their disadvantages in terms of scale,capital,technology and core competitiveness,and are facing the risk of being eliminated.ZBLJ landscaping company,as a representative of the typical small and medium-sized landscaping companies in this period,is faced with the same competitive problems while developing rapidly.The development of the company has not yet developed a systematic and effective competitive strategic plan,in the next step,how to obtain competitive advantages and achieve healthy and long-term development has become a reality that the company has to think deeply.Based on the relevant theories of strategic management,this paper takes ZBLJ landscaping company as the research object,combines the characteristics of landscaping industry and enterprises,analyzes the current situation of ZBLJ landscaping company and the problems facing its strategic development,and accordingly carries out strategic development design for ZBLJ landscaping company.This paper analyzes ZBLJ landscaping company internal and external environment,and use the method of SWOT to find out the external opportunities and threats,internal advantage and disadvantage.Eventually the company chooses differentiation strategy from cost leadership strategy,differentiation strategy and focusing strategy as the enterprise competition strategy,and puts forward the competition strategy implementation and guarantee measures.The company starts from the product,service and brand to implement the differentiation competition strategy,and ensures the effective implementation of the differentiation competition strategy through the optimization and improvement of organizational structure,corporate culture,human resources and marketing management.This paper puts forward the guiding direction for the subsequent development of ZBLJ landscaping company,and also provides ideas for the development of similar enterprises.
