Study On The Collaborative Parameters And Management Strategies For Prefabricated Building Projects

To meet the need for sustainable construction,increasing industrial demand,and reducing labor market,a feasible way to transform and upgrade construction industry in China is to promote the industrialization of construction.As the main carrier of this task,prefabricated building will become a trend and has significant development potential.At present,various issues exist for prefabricated building,which can limit its development,including: a)Related enterprises are independent of each other;b)Information barriers are high;c)Collaborative management level is low.To address these issues,this study starts with identifying collaborative state parameters and collaborative order parameters of prefabricated building projects,based on synergetic theories.Moreover,it analyzes the driving mechanism of collaborative order parameters and proposes the strategies of collaborative management,in order to provide guidance and reference for the collaborative development of prefabricated building projects in China.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Traditional project collaborative management examples are taken as references.Combined with the characteristics of prefabricated building projects,five dimensions of collaborative management are determined,including organization collaboration,information collaboration,process collaboration,target collaboration,and environment collaboration.By analyzing the dimensions from a comprehensive literature review,25 parameters of initial collaborative state are proposed.After analyzing and optimizing the results of the expert interview and the questionnaire survey,the collaborative state parameter system of prefabricated building projects is finally formed,consisting of 5 dimensions and 18 collaborative state parameters.(2)The collaborative order parameters of prefabricated building projects are identified by the thematic analysis method,which is consistent with the concept of collaborative order parameters.Taking the ideal point utility function as the value expression,the thematic model is established on the basis of the collaborative state parameters system.By solving the model and regrouping the value,three main themes of collaborative management of prefabricated building projects are extracted.Then their practical significance is evaluated.According to the similarity between the theme and the ideal outcome,the collaborative order parameters of prefabricated building projects are identified as: information collaborative platform,project organizational structure,and collaborative benefit.(3)The interpretive structure modeling is used to classify the collaborative state parameters and to investigate the relationship among them.Based on the hierarchy,this study analyzes the mechanism modes of three collaborative order parameters,including informationcollaboration platform,project organization structure,and collaborative benefit.Combined with the open dissipative structure of prefabricated building projects,the co-evolution path of prefabricated building project is described using the bifurcation diagram.(4)From the five dimensions of collaborative management,collaborative management strategies of prefabricated building projects are studied,taking full advantage of the driving mechanism of collaborative order parameters.(5)This study investigates a prefabricated building project's collaborative state and uses mathematical models to estimate the project's contribution degree of collaborative state parameters,dimensional order degree,and project collaboration degree in each implementation stage.Combined with the project implementation status,this study validates the servitude of collaborative order parameters and the effectiveness of management strategies during the process of analyzing the degree of collaboration and the degree of order.Eventually,some suggestions in the follow-up collaborative management of the project are proposed.
