Study On Protection And Utilization Of Multi-layer Industrial Building Heritage In Xi’an Instrument Factory

Since the Longhai Railway reached Xi ’an in 1936,Xi ’an has gradually developed and driven the industrial development of Xi ’an in key periods such as "156 Project","Three-line Construction" and economic development.With the continuous development and development of economy and society,the emergence of emerging technologies and the adjustment of national policies,the development direction and layout of cities are also gradually changing,and industrial buildings are gradually becoming "old and sick" buildings due to the decline of industry.How to continue urban development and the living and production memory of the older generation of residents at the same time? Reasonable protection and utilization of industrial architectural heritage is the theme of modern development.Multi-storey industrial plant refers to the two-storey and above workshop,warehouse and boiler room in the industrial building.Through the investigation and investigation of the industrial building heritage in Xi ’an,the author found that in the relevant project cases of the study on the protection and utilization of the industrial building heritage in Xi ’an,the main status of the protection and utilization of the multi-storey factory building was not highlighted,but the single-storey factory building industrial building heritage was still the main object of protection and utilization.Based on this,the author explored the specific reasons for its low utilization rate.This paper takes Jianguanmen Old Vegetable Market Market Cultural Block,Jia Pingwa Literature and Art Museum and boiler rooms of various factories as the object of the case study of the architectural heritage of the reconstructed multi-storey industrial plant,and Xi ’an Butterfly Watch Factory assembly building and Xi ’an Instrument Factory production building as the object of the architectural heritage of the unreconstructed multi-storey industrial plant.The advantages and disadvantages of the protection and utilization of multi-storey industrial plant building heritage are obtained by comparative study.According to the conclusion of the merits and demerits,the value of related industrial building heritage is scored through the evaluation index table of industrial building heritage value,relevant protection measures and reuse strategies are formulated,and protection measures are proposed from four aspects: establishment of archival information,demarcation of protection scope,determination of protection elements and compliance with protection principles.Then,specific renewal strategies are proposed from three aspects: the application of historical and cultural features,location and site design,and the utilization of single buildings.Then,according to the characteristics and application status of multi-storey industrial plant building heritage as protection and utilization projects,some reference protection and utilization modes such as hotel or guesthouse mode,shared office building mode,art exhibition hall mode and cultural tourism hall mode are proposed.Finally,according to the specific strategies mentioned above,it is applied to the mill building of Xi ’an Huafeng Flour Mill,the key research object of this paper.From its historical evolution,the surrounding and internal environment of the factory,and the current situation of the mill building,the predicament faced by Xi ’an Huafeng Flour Mill,as a multi-storey factory with a long history,has not been included in the protection and utilization,and even on the brink of collapse,is analyzed.In accordance with the protection and utilization mode mentioned above,specific protection and utilization strategies are proposed.
