Research On Spatital Environment Reuse Design Of Industrial Building Heritage

In the present era,modern industry is developing rapidly,while the old industrial society is declining day by day.The traditional industrial civilization is under the strong impact of modern industry,and the so-called "deindustrialization" phenomenon appears.Many industrial buildings have been left idle,rebuilt or demolished due to industrial restructuring or urban development.In urban construction,how to make those industrial buildings deviate from the direction of urban development "return" to the city,while preserving the historical memory of the city,is an important issue that needs to be solved urgently.In this paper,the industrial architectural heritage of Taizhou Tai Lai Flour Mill is selected as the research object.At present,this industrial heritage has a long history and is well preserved,but it has not been effectively used,forming a negative urban space and bringing many practical problems.Based on the above situation and existing problems,this paper mainly studies four parts as follows:The first part,the basic principles of recycling,the type characteristics of industrial buildings and the value of recycling are summarized,and the relationship between recycling and industrial building heritage is clarified.Through the analysis of outstanding cases at home and abroad,six recycling modes of industrial building heritage are summarized: Museum,industrial landscape park,education industrial park,commercial complex,cultural and creative industrial park and characteristic town,so as to provide a reliable reference for the reuse of the industrial building heritage of Tai Lai Flour Mill in the following.The second part,the research object of this paper-Taizhou Tai Lai flour mill industrial building heritage,field research and analysis.This paper focuses on the analysis of the formation and evolution of Tai Lai Flour Mill,regional status and several typical industrial buildings,summarizes the bottleneck of the development of the status quo of Tai Lai Flour mill industrial architectural heritage,and puts forward the three major problems facing Tai Lai Flour Mill: "Ecological environment","Current situation of factory buildings" and "spatial planning" provide preliminary investigation and analysis for the subsequent research on the reuse of industrial building heritage.The third part,based on the site status of Tai Lai Flour Mill and the overall planning requirements of Taizhou city,clearly defines the reuse orientation of industrial building heritage of Tai Lai Flour Mill,and puts forward corresponding strategies for reuse design.First,from the protection of history and awakening of cultural identity,through the integration of the canal transport culture and modern industrial culture,Tai Lai Flour Mill has been recognized by people again.Secondly,by analyzing the needs of the population,the industrial building heritage of Tai Lai Flour Mill is combined with the public needs in terms of functional facilities.Third,clear the design positioning of industrial building reuse,according to different space types can be more replaced.Fourth,extract and transform the industrial elements in the factory to create a memory space.The fourth part,on the basis of the preliminary research,forms the concrete design practice.Taking "Grain Transport Culture" and "industrial culture" as the themes,the overall planning of the factory is improved to form a space dominated by cultural exhibition experience.And the reuse design of the single building,architectural function layout,traffic flow line,landscape environment,overall facade,architectural form and combination,landscape square,etc.of the industrial building heritage of Tai Lai Flour Mill is carried out in many aspects,and a set of reuse design scheme for the industrial building heritage of Tai Lai Flour Mill is proposed.
