With the rapid development of China's economy and city urbanization,a large number of industrial buildings in urban areas gradually become obsolete buildings because of the need to adjust the industrial structure of society,complexity of urban reconstruction and so on.Through the way of reconstruction and reuse,many areas let the building be reborn,continue historical context of urban development,and avoid the demolition and reconstruction of the waste of resources and environmental pollution at the same time.But because of the reconstruction design process in the whole life of building did not fully consider the energy consumption and rational use of resource,caused high operating energy consumption of buildings and poor indoor comfort and some other problems in actual use.In the world of green building boom and our country promoting of "low-carbon,energy-saving and environmental protection" today,the design concept and method of green building technology has been widely used in residential,public buildings,and made an important contribution to the great construction of energy saving and environmental protection.Therefore,if we can use the idea and technology of green building in the reconstruction of old industrial buildings,it is very helpful to solve those problems.Starting from the design concept of the green building,the main content of this paper is aimed to point at all aspects of the reconstruction of old industrial buildings in the problems,and combine with the old industrial building space,morphological characteristics,and put forward green building technology applied to old industrial buildings.Concrete from the following three parts to elaborate:The first part is the first chapter.Above all,this paper proposed the research background,the concept of green reconstruction of old industrial buildings and green and relevant theory and practice at home and abroad.Meanwhile,it systematically reviewed the development of green building,the basic principle and the related theory and technology.The second part is the second chapter and the third chapter.This part as the focus point of the research on green building technology development and application status,put forward the relevant technology and influence factors of the green transformation of old industrial buildings from the wind,light,heat,sound,water resources and solar six aspects,and combined with the problems in the renovation of old industrial buildings,the characteristics of the old industrial buildings and relevant cases,summed up the strategies and methods of green transformation of old industrial buildings.The third part is the fourth chapter and conclusion.In the fourth chapter,green reconstruction method of old industrial buildings,combined with actual case,from the outdoor environment optimization,update of retaining structure,transformation of form and space and resource and energy utilization in four aspects,was used in single-layer silk mill of Hangzhou ——“Silian 166”.The natural ventilation and natural lighting conditions were compared and analyzed by software simulation,and the evaluation and benefit of the green building was analyzed after the reconstruction of the plant at the same time.At last,summarized and prospected the whole article.
