Preliminary Investigation Of Contemporary Architectural Design Methods For Cadre Colleges

Cadre College is the Communist Party’s school for Party members’ leading cadres,business managers,professional and technical personnel,etc.to carry out Party education,ideal and belief education and teaching work,and is the cadre training base in the new era of China.Since the twenty-first century,with the emphasis and promotion of cadre education in China,cadre colleges have been built all over the country,and since the 20 th National Congress,the country has even put forward the instruction of strengthening cadre training,the current number of cadre colleges in China is still relatively small,and there is still a great demand for the construction of cadre colleges all over the country.At present,the theories on the architectural design of general college campuses in China are being gradually improved,but the theoretical research and practice on the architectural design of such special campuses as cadre colleges are still in the exploration stage.The thesis takes the contemporary architecture of cadre colleges in China as the research object,and studies and summarizes the relevant points and suggestions of the contemporary architecture design of cadre colleges.Starting from the above background and practical needs,the thesis combines a large number of excellent cadre college construction design cases and related literature,combined with field research and visits,starting from the development history of China’s cadre education and cadre colleges,combined with the specific characteristics of teaching activities of cadre colleges in the new era,and then summarize and study the characteristics and points of contemporary cadre college architectural design in China,and finally use the South-North Water Diversion Cadre College Finally,the practical case of Nanshui-Bei Diversion Cadre College is used to verify and analyze,in order to enrich the relevant methods of the current cadre college architectural design in China.The thesis mainly focuses on the following five parts: the first part aims to raise the problem,establish the research object and scope by analyzing the research background and related concepts,and grasp the research content and methods of the topic from the whole perspective by combining the current research situation at home and abroad.In the second part,it aims to analyze the problem.Firstly,it starts from the development history of Chinese cadre education and cadre colleges,studies the peculiarities and differences of teaching activities of cadre colleges in comparison with ordinary colleges and universities,and then comes to the design objectives of contemporary cadre college architectural design;the third part aims at exploring the problem.Combining a lot of field research,literature compilation and case studies of excellent cadre colleges,and combining the study of three typical cadre college cases,the architectural design characteristics of contemporary cadre colleges are analyzed;the fourth part aims to solve the problems.Based on the research results in Chapter 3,the design points and suggestions from three perspectives of architectural layout,typical space and external form are proposed for the contemporary cadre college architectural design in China;Part 5 aims to verify the conclusion.The fifth part aims to verify and analyze the main points of cadre college architectural design by combining the excellent cadre college practice case,South-North Water Transfer Cadre College,to provide some reference for future cadre college architectural design.The paper combines the research and literature study on the architectural design of contemporary cadre colleges in China,and proposes the relevant methods and points of cadre college architectural design from the characteristics of cadre colleges themselves,in order to create cadre college architecture that is suitable for cadre training and education mode,adapts to the characteristics of teaching students themselves,and adapts to the form of cadre training in the new era,and provides some reference and reference for the architectural design of cadre colleges in China in the future.
