Research On The Construction Model And Modern Application Of Perforated Wooden Structure Housing In Hilly Area Of Northeast Sichuan

The perforated wooden structure house is the most widely distributed and used residential form in the hilly area of northeast Sichuan,which represents the living characteristics and architectural cultural characteristics of the residents in this area.They are in harmony with nature,with the most accessible local materials,the simplest construction methods,to create the most regional characteristics and suitable for residents living places.In the course of historical evolution,they have been continuously integrated with the local environment,climate and culture,forming the spatial characteristics of unique regional characteristics and construction wisdom.However,in the process of rapid urbanization,various forms of small western-style houses continue to emerge in the countryside,as well as modern houses that abuse new materials and new structures,which have brought unprecedented impact to the traditional wood-frame houses and the overall style of villages.These large and extensive ordinary rural houses are faced with a series of problems such as lack of regional characteristics,arbitrary reconstruction,and even abandonment,so it is urgent to protect and renew them.Through the research on the construction model and modern application of the traditional wooden structure house,it can not only continue and develop its construction wisdom,but also have a certain reference for the modern development of the traditional house.Starting from the construction model of the perforated wooden structure house in the hilly area of northeast Sichuan,this paper firstly analyzes the natural and human characteristics of the hilly area from the aspects of landform,climate condition,industrial structure and cultural belief.On this basis,through field surveying and mapping,photo recording,questionnaire survey,interview recording and other methods,the location layout,spatial form and construction characteristics of the perforated wooden structure house are investigated,and the current situation is analyzed and summarized.Secondly,by extracting the prototype of the perforated wood structure house,analyzing and summarizing its spatial construction elements,exploring the ecological construction elements of the perforated wood structure house from the four key points of lighting,ventilation,moisture-proof and drainage;Then,from four aspects of function improvement,structure renewal,performance optimization and style inheritance,the modern translation method suitable for the perforated wooden structure house in the hilly area of northeast Sichuan is proposed.Finally,through the study of two kinds of modern application examples of self-use type and commercial type,the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed,the feasibility of the modern translation strategy proposed above is verified,and the final conclusion is drawn.Under the background of rural revitalization,the research on the construction model and modern application of the perforated wooden structure house in the hilly area of northeast Sichuan has realized the rebirth and sustainable development of the countryside,enabled the value of the rural house to continue,and also provided a reference for the modern application of similar residential areas in the hilly area of northeast Sichuan.
