| Intergenerational parenting is a common situation in China,and intergenerational interaction is the main behavior for grandparents to get along with each other.However,the existing product design research on intergenerational interaction tends to favor children,and the product form is single,leaving grandparents in the position of devotees.location,ignoring the acquisition of grandparents’ emotional experience,etc.,this paper proposes a design method for intergenerational interaction products based on positive experience,by awakening the positive experience of grandparents,especially grandparents in intergenerational interaction,in order to meet the needs of grandparents in Emotional needs in interaction to promote the sustainable and healthy development of intergenerational interaction.First,research on positive design and demand motivation theory,clarify the importance of existing methods of positive design and user motivation to product design,analyze the possibility of integrating positive design into intergenerational interaction,and analyze positive design and Censydiam demand motivation Combined with the model,the research idea of intergenerational interactive product design based on positive experience is proposed.Secondly,conduct desktop research and analysis on the character characteristics,interaction characteristics and intention of using interactive products of the intergenerational interaction group;obtain the positive psychological needs of grandparents and grandchildren from the positive experience of intergenerational interaction through in-depth interviews,observations and other qualitative research methods and conduct Coding analysis,combined with actively designed roles,summarizes the positive emotional factors of the intergenerational group;further collects the basic information and emotional motivation tendencies of the intergenerational group through questionnaires.Thirdly,use SPSS software to discover the clustering relationship between emotional factors through cluster analysis,and through correlation analysis to discover the correlation relationship between emotional factors and emotional motivation tendency,and then fit the Censydiam demand motivation model analysis model to find the user’s motivation,thereby Build a positive experience model for intergenerational groups;further combine the three levels of emotional design to propose three stages of intergenerational interaction product design strategies based on positive experience before,during,and after interaction.Finally,community outdoor recreation is selected as a typical scenario to transform design elements based on design strategy,output design concept and design prototype,and combine active design theory and Jack software for design evaluation,so as to verify the feasibility of the method.The innovation of this paper is that it combines the Censydiam demand motivation analysis model to propose an intergenerational interactive product design method based on positive experience,which makes a further supplement to the positive design theory.Starting from the positive experience of grandparents,especially grandparents,also provides a new idea for the design of intergenerational interactive products. |
