Research On Work Safety Standardization Management Of Project In KY Road&Bridge Engineering Co.,LTD.

Worksafety standardization has been adopted as a new standardization management system in China in recent years.It is a combination of advanced safety management technology,traditional safety management method,and the safetymanagement in work practice,which can effectively improve the level of work safety of enterprises.The State Council,the State Administration of Work Safety,and the relevant ministries and commissions issued the documents several times,fullypromoting the construction of safety standardization,further standardizing the work safety behavior of enterprises,improving work safety conditions,strengthening basic safety management,and effectively preventing major safety events.When highway construction projects carry out the worksafety standardization management,someemployees are not enthusiastic.The file system of safety management activities cannot conform to actual situation,and the safety risks are not thoroughly investigated and managed,which compromised the effect of the construction of worksafety standardization.In order to effectively carry out the work safety standardization construction activities of highway construction projects,on the basis of investigating and studying all kinds of documents and materials,summarizing the experiences of similar enterprises and projects,combined with the core elements of safety production standardization management system,KY Road Bridge Construction Co.,Ltd.and its G206YS project department,the author compared and analyzed the actual problems existing in the system and got the conclusions that improving the safety consciousness of staffs,increasing the importance of safety in work and enhancing the enthusiasm of work safety are the important foundation for the construction of work safety standardization management system.Through the analysis,it is found that safety culture has a great significance to improve staffs'consciousness of safety in work and the importance of safety in work.On the basis of this,the concept of safety culture of staff and workers is put forward,and the importance of construction of safety culture of staff and workers is pointed out.Safety culture construction activities based on project safety culture construction and worker safety culture construction are carried out.To fully evaluate the safety work capacity of employees,the concept of employee worksafety credit is proposed based on analyzing the existing problems in safety management inconstruction.Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,the data of employee needs are obtained by questionnaire.By analyzing the data,a system of employee worksafety credit is established.Based on the researches of safety culture and employee worksafety credit system,the activities of construction of worksafety standardization are carried out.After nearly a year's implementation and continuous revision of the and methods,the project safety in work of the project has been greatly improved.The standardized management system for safety in work has been initially established.When compared with similar projects in construction industry,the enthusiasm of the staff for safetywork,rules and regulations,the implementation of operational rules,safety culture construction,safety quality of workers,enterprise worksafety management are made great progress.The enterprise successfully passed the secondary review in the evaluation of work safety standardization.It has been proved that the safety culture construction and the safety credit scoring method adopted in this project can obviously promote staffs' awareness of safety in work,attention of safety in work and the enthusiasm of safety in work.It is proved that the safety culture construction and the safety credit system adopted by the enterprise can promote the standardized management system for safety in work.
