With the rapid development of national infrastructure construction,China’s power market continues to grow,providing good development opportunities for the transmission and distribution equipment manufacturing industry.At present,the research of high and low voltage complete sets of power distribution equipment is mainly focused on the technical level,and the attention to user needs and modeling design is low,resulting in the homogenization of products on the market,showing the phenomenon that visual quality lags significantly behind technological development.Therefore,improving the appearance quality of equipment and incorporating people’s emotional needs into the design has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper takes the complete set of high and low voltage power distribution equipment as the research object,combines the theory of extensions,mass development principle(QFD)and analytic hierarchy method(AHP),and carries out design practice from the aspects of user emotion,form deliberation,and color matching.Firstly,through the virtual and real conjugate analysis of things,the correlation between the design elements of high and low voltage complete sets of power distribution equipment and the user’s emotions is obtained,and the virtual and real products are divided into emotional primitives and design primitives.Secondly,the material element model of high and low voltage complete sets of power distribution equipment is constructed through the extension primitive theory.In the acquisition of design primitives,the morphological deconstruction of the product is carried out by the morphological analysis method.The morphological factors are diverged by the extension transformation method,so as to obtain more innovative morphological primitives.At the same time,taking the electrical equipment with mature color system as a reference,the color primitives are extracted based on the HSB color model.In the acquisition of emotional primitives,the emotional factors diverge and converge by following the diamond thinking mode,and the semantic difference method and factor analysis method are used to complete the extraction of users’ emotional primitives.Thirdly,AHP is used to build a hierarchical structure of user emotional images to obtain the relative importance of emotional primitives.The emotional primitives and their importance values are imported into the QFD model,the mapping relationship with the design elements is constructed,and the correlation analysis is carried out to obtain the design elements with high correlation with emotional needs to guide the completion of design practice.Finally,the semantic difference experiment is used to evaluate the perceptual evaluation of the design scheme,and the results have a high degree of fit with the design expectation,which verifies the feasibility of the theoretical application.This paper applies the combination of extensive,QFD and AHP to the inductive design of high and low voltage complete sets of power distribution equipment,in order to improve its perceptual characteristics and meet the user’s perceptual image needs,and provides new strategies and ideas for the perceptual design of electrical products.
