| Setting the waiting area is a commonly used control method at urban road signal intersections,but the number of stops will increase when the vehicle enters the waiting area,resulting in frequent start and stop of the vehicle,aggravating the speed fluctuation of the vehicle at the intersection,and reducing the energy economy and driver experience of the vehicle.At present,the optimal control of signal intersections in the waiting area is still concentrated in the optimal control within the waiting area,and there is still a lack of systematic research on the operation status of vehicles upstream of the signal intersection in the waiting area.Therefore,in this thesis,in order to further improve the fuel economy and driver and occupant comfort of the vehicle,an optimal control method of the vehicle operation trajectory of the signal intersection in the waiting area is proposed.The main work is as follows:Firstly,this thesis expounds the concept of waiting area,analyzes the five vehicle operating states experienced by vehicles in the signal intersection of the waiting area and the distribution and distribution states generated,analyzes the setting principle of straight waiting area and left turn waiting area based on the relationship between the intersection conflict point and the stop line,and analyzes the number of stops and fuel consumption based on the operating state of the vehicle and the engine working conditions.Secondly,based on the fluctuation characteristics of vehicle operation at the signal intersection of the waiting area,according to the vehicle arrival rate,queuing length and intersection entry lane,a delayed start method for non-widening single left turn lane entry lane and widening single left turn lane entry lane is proposed,and the signal timing of the signal intersection in the travel area is optimized,and the signal optimization control method of vehicles under the left turn waiting area and straight driving waiting area is proposed.In order to verify the effectiveness of the model,the intersection of Ping’an Avenue and Yuhua Road in Shijiazhuang City was selected as the research object,and the traffic investigation was carried out,and the vehicle operation of the current timing of the intersection and the signal optimization timing was simulated by combining the simulation platform VISSIM,and the results showed that the number of stops of vehicles after signal optimization decreased significantly,and the optimized signal timing had a good optimization control effect on the average number of parking times of vehicles in the travel area.Finally,under the background of the signal intersection of the vehicle-road cooperative waiting area,combined with the idea of ecological driving,a vehicle trajectory optimization control method for vehicles entering the vehicle speed guidance area in different scenarios is proposed,and the control effect of ecological driving in the waiting area is verified by using VISSIM and Python co-simulation.The results show that the running trajectory of the vehicle has a significant easing trend,the discreteness of acceleration has been significantly reduced,the ecological driving trajectory can greatly improve the proportion of vehicle driving at a constant speed,and on the basis of signal optimization,the average number of stops and fuel consumption of the vehicle are further reduced,and the dual optimization of signal timing and vehicle running trajectory of signal intersection in the waiting area is realized,and the running stability of the vehicle at the signal intersection of the waiting area is improved. |
