As the last executive component of the vehicle control system,tires directly affect the dynamic performance and safety of the vehicle;along with the popularity of electronic control technology,the performance requirements of the vehicle for tires are becoming more and more stringent.Traditional vehicles have little access to tire information and do not take into account the changes in tire characteristics throughout the life cycle.The change of tire characteristics will directly affect the dynamic driving parameters of the vehicle,and the change of parameters will make the vehicle equipped with electronic control system with the current state match the degree of decline,and eventually lead to the failure to play the best performance of the controller,and even cause serious traffic accidents.To address this problem,this paper aims to establish a monitoring system that can obtain the current wear status of tires in real time,and use this monitoring system to optimize the vehicle chassis stability control algorithm.The specific research contents are as follows.(1)From the theoretical model,establish the tire tread block shear stiffness model,conduct the tire stiffness and tire grounding imprint pressure characteristics and other tests,establish the expanded simplified theoretical tire brush model considering the tire body deformation and tire wear state,and analyze the output characteristics of the tire brush model under different operating conditions after expanding the tire wear expression.(2)Build a vehicle dynamic data collection system,design and carry out outdoor dynamic vehicle test,analyze the dynamic performance of the vehicle equipped with different wear degree tires under the open and closed state of the chassis control system;combine theoretical derivation and real vehicle test results,and derive the law of tire wear on the tire performance and vehicle chassis control system.(3)Build a tire dynamic data acquisition system and use principal component analysis combined with BP neural network algorithm to analyze the collected acceleration signals at the tire tread.Dig deeper into the intrinsic correlation between acceleration signal and tire wear status,and establish a real-time monitoring system for tire wear status.(4)Based on the intelligent tire wear state monitoring system,a vehicle transverse and longitudinal stability control model with a magic tire model expanding the wear state expression is built based on Matlab-Simulink.In the form of joint Matlab-Carsim simulation,the control effect before and after mounting the controller considering the tire wear state is compared to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the control strategy.
