Running tire partial wear of Monorail vehicle may cause great change in the wheel-rail contact relationship,which may lead to degrade of dynamic response of vehicles and have direct influence on the safety, stability, and cost of the operation of monorail vehicle. Excessive tire wear abrasive will bring environmental problems, seriously hampered the development and application of monorail transportation.This study based on the theoretical basis tire wear and research, Actual operating parameters of Chongqing Light Rail Line train as the basis, to reduce the monorail vehicle Running partial wear for the purpose. The main contents and innovations are as follows:1) By analyzing the monorail vehicle running mechanism and bogie structure, analyze the reasons for monorail vehicle running tire partial wear generated.2) Based on multi-body system dynamics theory, the single vehicle model as a subsystem, use MD ADAMS build train "Vehicle-Tyres- rail beam" coupling dynamics simulation model.3) By orthogonal simulation analysis and sensitivity analysis,study of vehicle system dynamics influence of parameters for running tire partial wear of monorail vehicle.4) According to the orthogonal significant analysis and sensitivity analysis results, Use the mode FRONTIER software established a multi-objective optimization model which vehicle dynamics parameters as optimization variables, running wheel tire wear of the impact factor, wheel load reduction, bogie aligning torque and vehicle rolling resistance as the optimization objective,traveling derailment coefficient wheel, steering wheel derailment coefficient, walking wheel slip angle as constraints. Breaking the traditional optimization methods, multi-parameter multi-objective optimization, and optimization improves accuracy.5) The first time to use mode FRONTIER and ADAMS for co-simulation, used in monorail vehicle dynamics parameters optimization.Further optimization of the parameters of influence monorail running tire partial wear.
