With the rapid development of the new energy industry in China,the safety performance of battery materials is becoming more and more important.As a key equipment for battery materials,the quality requirements of sintering equipment are also constantly improving.Equipment manufacturers also use all kinds of quality problem analysis tools to strengthen the analysis of quality problems,and then improve quality control,but the effect is little,how to control quality problems from the root is particularly important.N Company is a manufacturing enterprise specializing in the research and development and production of sintering equipment.It mainly adopts the form of statistical analysis table to analyze the quality problems of sintering equipment.The quality problem record is only based on the statistical analysis of data and the judgment of the quality of equipment parts,and it cannot grasp the key quality points by floating on the surface.There is no in-depth analysis of the causes of quality problems.Therefore,this thesis takes the records of sintering equipment quality problems of N Company from 2019 to 2020 as the data basis,identifies and extracts the causal part by displaying the causal prompt words,identifies and extracts the atomic events of the causal part based on dependency parsing,and uses Neo4 j to construct the causal relationship theory graph of sintering equipment quality problems.By calculating the importance of events and transfer probability,the quality problems of sintering equipment are analyzed,and the Xiantao workshop of N Company is taken as an example to carry out practical verification.The results show that,based on the quality analysis of the management graph and the formulation of relevant quality control schemes,the quality problems have been significantly improved.The details are as follows:(1)Based on the quality problem records of N Company,this thesis studies the extraction method of quality problem events and relationships.Firstly,the data of the original quality problem record text is preprocessed.Then,the causal structure in the text data is analyzed,the causal prompt words are identified,and explicit causal sentences are extracted.Finally,a domain dictionary is constructed to extract the causal atomic events based on dependency parsing.(2)Establishment of causality theory for quality problems of sintering equipment of N Company.Firstly,by calculating the event similarity of atomic events,the occurrence frequency of an event in similar events is counted,and the event with high frequency is taken as the event name after generalization to complete the event generalization.Then,by counting the number of all event pairs and the same event pairs,the probability of event transition is calculated.Finally,Neo4 j was used to complete the construction of the logic graph.(3)Analyze the quality problems of sintering equipment based on the management diagram.First,the Page Rank algorithm was used to calculate the importance of events and select important quality problem events.Secondly,these important quality problems are analyzed from several different perspectives such as the critical conduction path and the longest conduction path.Finally,according to the analysis of conduction path,the quality improvement suggestions of sintering equipment are given.(4)Take Xiantao Workshop of N Company as an example to carry out practical verification.By tracking and comparing the improvement effect before and after the implementation of Xiantao project,it is concluded that the key quality problems of workshop after the implementation of Xiantao are obviously controlled.Therefore,it is also proved that the analysis method based on the rationality graph can effectively improve the quality of sintering equipment of N Company.
