| As a new growth pole of China’s economic development,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city cluster is a major national strategy established by the Party Central Committee and the State Council,and a series of planning policies revolve around it,so that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city cluster can achieve a high level of internationalization in all aspects and become a world-class city cluster.Transportation is an important prerequisite to promote the integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and highway passenger cars travel has become an important mode of transportation between cities in the city cluster by virtue of its flexibility and convenience,which can meet individual transportation needs.This paper takes the big data of highway network toll as the data base,with the sample survey as the supplementary data.The SQL Server big data processing platform and Trans CAD are used to process the networked highway toll big data to obtain the data related to the passenger cars travel of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei highway.And based on the passenger cars travel traffic data between 2015 and 2021,the passenger cars travel between 2023 and2025 in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei were predicted using time series forecasting.It is found that:(1)Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei expressways are "unevenly busy",with uneven traffic distribution among road sections,and some of the more congested sections have more passenger cars traffic than the road capacity;(2)the distance of passenger cars travel on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei expressways is mostly concentrated within 150 km,and the distance of travel within 50 km is the most(3)the average number of passengers carried by passenger cars on the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Expressway is between 1.6 and 2.3;(4)the passenger cars traffic between cities within the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration is most closely connected with neighboring cities and less with cities at the periphery,and the closeness of connection between urban agglomerations shows a decreasing pattern with Beijing-Langfang-Tianjin as the center;(5)the exponential smoothing method model and ARIMA model is used to predict the highway passenger cars travel in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and the prediction results show that the highway passenger cars travel in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei all show a stable increasing trend year by year.According to each city’s own traffic strength and the closeness of connection with other cities,the 13 cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city cluster can be divided into four levels,and countermeasures are proposed to address the current problems in the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei highway passenger cars travel,providing data support and theoretical basis for promoting the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and creating a world-class city cluster. |
