With the rapid development of highway tunnel construction in China,tunnel fire safety has become increasingly prominent and has become a top priority.In response to the national policy of "smart fire protection",the current mainstream Internet of Things technology is applied to the fire safety management of highway tunnels to realize the intelligent management of highway tunnel fire protection and achieve the effect of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.Therefore,aiming at the problem that the current tunnel fire protection facilities use manual inspection method,it is difficult to find the damaged fire fighting facilities in time,resulting in the loss of the due rescue ability of tunnel fire protection,relying on the Qinling Tiantaishan special long tunnel,the monitoring needs of fire protection facilities are analyzed,and a monitoring data transmission scheme suitable for special tunnel monitoring is proposed,and the monitoring system of Tiantaishan tunnel fire protection facilities based on the Internet of Things is designed and realized,and experimental verification is carried out and good results have been achieved.Firstly,starting from the basic architecture of the Internet of Things,combined with the advantages of the development of the Things Board cloud platform,this paper designs the overall architecture of the Io T monitoring system based on the cloud platform,and analyzes the functions of each layer.In order to meet the requirements of data transmission in extra-long tunnels,Lo Ra wireless communication technology is selected for networking to achieve longdistance data transmission,and 4G communication mode and MQTT communication protocol are selected to connect and communicate with the cloud platform,which realizes the needs of monitoring system based on the Internet of Things.Then,the fire protection system of Qinling Tiantaishan Tunnel was introduced,and the monitoring demand analysis was carried out for the fire pool,fire pipe,ventilation equipment and power supply equipment in the Tiantaishan Tunnel,and through the analysis of the fire monitoring scene of the Tiantaishan Extra Long Tunnel and the existing network environment of the tunnel,the Lo Ra+4G combined wireless communication method was used to formulate the data transmission performance and functional indicators and determine a set of schemes suitable for the monitoring data transmission of the special long tunnel.Finally,on the four-layer architecture of the Io T cloud platform,the terminal composed of node board and gateway board realizes data collection,the wireless transmission network composed of Lo Ra+4G realizes communication,and the MQTT communication protocol interacts with the Things Board Io T cloud platform to build a monitoring interface of front-end and back-end B/S architecture,thereby realizing the development of monitoring system for fire protection facilities in Tiantaishan Tunnel.The functional verification and performance tests of the hardware,Io T platform and application monitoring platform show that the average delay of data transmission is about 532 ms,the error rate is about 0%,and the average communication distance is 2586 m.Each function and performance have reached the design index,which can meet certain actual monitoring needs,and has certain reference value for the research of fire protection facility monitoring system.
