The impact of fire on human society, the damage and management deficiencies on fire-fighting equipment are the main cause of huge fire hazards. The current firefighting monitoring equipments mainly rely on manual maintenance, therefore the accuracy and efficiency are poor. The existing fire remote monitoring system is mostly pump operation monitoring, which is less functional, the demand of the firefighting department for monitoring is far more than that.This system use the Internet of things and cloud platform technology,through a variety of sensors and wireless communications equipment,to achieve the fire-fighting equipment self-test statement.The system based on Internet of Things cloud platform technology, uses singlechip microcomputer and wireless communication module, based on the micro- Lwip TCP/IP network protocol, using C/S and B/S hybrid architecture model to realize remote monitoring. And ensure the fire-fighting equipment to the normal operation of the equipment. If the fire-fighting equipment ran errors or was lost, the system will automatically alarm through the Internet and send messages. It will remind the firemen and achieve remote monitoring of the fire-fighting equipment and alarm function.The system is designed to provide technical support for the management of the fire law enforcement. The person of fire law enforcement doesn’t need to check them on-site. They can check the running status of the jurisdiction area of fire-fighting equipment at any time through the cloud platform monitoring. This effectively improves the efficiency of the management of the fire law enforcement department, saving manpower and resources. At the same time it can promote self-examination ability of the maintenance unit, avoiding significant loss due to equipment problems.
